Nick glared at the dessert, feeling as though the treat had been spontaneously poisoned, just so that he could be killed right in the Hopps residence. But he knew that Judy wouldn't allow that to happen. She'd never forgive her parents. Judy sat next to Nick, handing him his plate of ice cream with granola oats and cranberry raisins. The orange fox licked his lips, lifting his small spoon.

"I hope you enjoy!" Bonnie smiled.

Judy glanced at Nick. "I made the dessert with love!"

Nick looked at Judy and smiled. "Then this will be the best dessert ever!" He took a scoop of ice cream, coating it with the oats and covered the top with raisins. He devours the goop, stirring the flavors in his mouth. He swallowed with satisfaction, almost on the verge of tears. "It's way better than mom's treat!!!" Nick cried.

Judy blushed, taking a bite of hers also. She couldn't help but be jittery in her chair. She was so excited that her parents finally got to meet Nick, and he was doing well in leaving a first impression---so she thought.

Judy's left paw was settled on the table as she kept talking with her family. Nick felt inclined to hold her hand, thus reaching out to gently touch hers. Nick felt a weird sensation of someone eying him. He looked up to see Stu staring him down like a hunter. He quickly retreated his paw, and stared down at his plate.

"So sweetie, now that you're here, maybe you can introduce eh...Nick, to your other 200 plus brothers and sisters!

Judy groaned. "Mom, that's going to take forever! You know how long it'd take for me to get at least ten of them to listen?!"

"Now Judy, it wouldn't be fair to leave the rest of your siblings in a pit." Her mom reasoned. "I'm sure they'd love to meet your...boyfriend."

Judy sighed, pushing her chair from the table. "Let's go Nick!" She took Nick's hand, scurrying off.

Stu pinched the bridge of his nose. "Bonnie...why would you suggest something like that?"

"Well...having her here with him made Nick awkward. So let's just see how this goes..."

Judy opened the door to the fields, which was their farm. Taking Nick's hand, she led them both to the patches of planted corn and berries, noticing many of her siblings there.

"Hey, kids! I'd like for you all to meet my boyfriend, Nick!"

Her bunny siblings stopped what they were doing and looked up excitedly---only to be horrified by the sight.

"FOX!!!" They screamed.

"Take out your repellant!" One sibling cried.

"Make him go away!" Another shouted.

The youngsters were trying to crowd around when Judy blocked them. "Guys, calm down! He's not going to harm you guys!"

"He's not?" They questioned.

"No!" Judy sighed.

"Oh." The mob of kiddies swarmed the couple, muttering random chatters and conversations.

"This is Nick, once again, my boyfriend. Please, make him feel at home." Judy turned to him. "And remember, you're not a stranger here, you're family." She smiled.

Nick couldn't help but smile. He didn't want to look saddened in front of his significant because he didn't want her to notice he was hurt deep down. After introducing Nick to her siblings, she took Nick out on a stroll around the farm, holding his hand.

"So, how do you like it here?" Judy swung her little arm back and forth as she held his.

Nick sighed, looking down with his other paw in his pocket.

"Nick?"

"Yeah...it's really nice here." He mumbled.

Judy stopped in her tracks, turning Nick to her. "Are you okay? You're acting pretty funny."

Nick came to his senses, realizing that the bunny was beginning to worry. He quickly grasped onto her face and smiled. "No, no! I'm alright. I'm just really tired you know? It's been a long day, packing, coming here. And your siblings are really energetic!"

Judy's demeanor quickly changed. She held her mouth and chuckled. "Yes, they are a handful. And you haven't even met one-third of them."

"Oh boy." Nick deadpanned.

Judy hugged Nick, snuggling her nose into his neck. "If you need some rest, we can head back now."

"Yeah. I'd like that." They went on their way back to the house.

Arriving in Judy's room, she plopped in bed, giggling. Nick couldn't understand why she was in such a peppy mood. Closing the door behind him, he shuffles over to a nearby chair that was closest to her bed, and scoots over. He then pressed his arms on the soft sheets and smirked. "What's so funny Carrot-top?"

Judy gasped.

"What?"

"You haven't called me that in a while!" She exclaimed.

Nick had to sit there and contemplate to himself how long it's been. "Wow, you are absolutely right. You deserve a treat for that."

Judy scoffed. "Really?"

"Of course." Nick leaned forward to Judy, catching her by surprise. She didn't know what to do---look to the left, look to the right, close her eyes, and embrace the affection. What should she have done? She did like what no other girl could do. "Wait!" She yelped.

Nick opened his eyes. "Hmm?"

"I-I'm not ready for that!" She blurted.

Nick blinked hard. "What?"

Judy felt terrible for stopping him. "I'm sorry, I panicked..." Judy sighed.

Nick rubbed the back of his head and turned away, moving back. "No, it's alright. That was pretty dumb of me to do." He admitted

Ugh...I messed up so badly. Judy thought. Things could have gone WAY better than this!

Now in this awkward state, Judy stared down Nick, who couldn't bother to face Judy again. "Nick...?" Judy mumbled, reaching for him hesitantly. Fighting her fear, she grabbed his shoulder. His eyes were covered by his paws.

"Nick...!"

Nick was turned to Judy. He slowly revealed his eyes. "Peekaboo." He leaned forward and pecked her cheek. Judy's cheeks became pink tremendously. "W-What was that for!?"

"It's your gift." He repeated. "For remembering your nickname." He smiles at Judy's blushing face. "You're so cute when you blush, Judy."

Judy's cheeks reddened. "S-Stop!" She cried.

"What? You don't want me to compliment how adorable you are when your ears are like that?" Nick pointed out.

Judy's ears were drooped. She caught on, trying to straighten them out.

"Aww, don't hide them now!"

Judy grinned. "I see what you're doing Nick. And I gotta hand it to ya. You are very good at flattery."

"Hey, ex-con artist still got some tricks up his sleeves, baby." He winked.

Laughing at his casual behavior, Judy finally felt the need to sleep. Nick couldn't agree more. Kissing her goodnight, on the cheek, he tip toes out of her room and across the hall to his. He successfully made it in, and sighed closing his door. He slid to the ground in relief. He was surprised that he was able to manage Judy and distract her from his actual distraught state.

Not wanted to think about this situation anymore, he went ahead to sleep it off.
