The next morning I sat with Cedric at the Hufflepuff table getting odd looks from everyone. I took a bite from my toast as Cedric bit into his bacon. I studied the way his jaw moved up and down as he chewed. Are jaws always that sharp? Wait, what? Cedric noticed me staring and brought his bacon towards me.

"Did you want some?" He asked. I smiled and shook my head.

"Oh! No, thank you." I replied. "I'm not a big fan of bacon."

He looked surprised. "I never knew that. Wow. There are a lot of things I don't know about you. Alright, let's do that."

I furrowed my eyebrows. "Do what?"

"I need to know more about you. Tell me about yourself."

I shrugged. "Er- well, my full name is Hazel Rebecca Rosewood, erm- I'm a pureblood. I live in a mansion called the Rosewood Mansion which has been the family house for millennia, I have an annoying older brother named James Nathaniel Rosewood, my mother was Rebecca Alexandra Rosewood, previously Scamander, who died in the hands of You-Know-Who, and my father is Nathaniel Richard Rosewood who works in the Auror department," I said counting off my fingers.

"Nice," Cedric said nodding. "I-"

Cedric was cut off by an owl's screech. Themis. She flew with a parcel and dropped the parcel onto Cedric's head with a nice loud thud.

"Ow!" He exclaimed rubbing his head. I picked up the parcel. There was a letter attached and I pulled it off as Themis began to finish the crust of my toast. Immediately, I knew what was inside the parcel. I looked over at Cedric who was still rubbing his head.

"Oh, it can't be that bad." I slid over to Cedric and felt for a lump or bruise. I found nothing and gave Cedric a quick kiss on the cheek causing him to blush slightly. I ripped open the envelope holding my letter and read it to myself.

Dear Hazel,

I hope you are enjoying the Tournament so far, but four champions? I trust Dumbledore completely but letting Harry, a fourteen-year-old boy, compete is a little odd. Is he trying to kill him? Anyway, I assume you know what is in this box. It was your mother's old one I found in my closet. I also added some shoes. I need to go to work in a minute so I must hurry. Have a wonderful time and I'll see you in the summer. Stay safe.

Love,

Dad

I smiled. It was my Yule Ball dress. I couldn't wait to look at it upstairs. I rested my head against Cedric shoulder when I heard a shout from across the room.

"Oi! Diggory! Stop getting cozy with my sister!"

Cedric opened his mouth to speak but I beat him to it.

"Oi James! Shove off and leave my boyfriend alone!" I shouted back.

His jaw dropped and he stopped over towards me. He grabbed my hand and dragged me out towards the courtyard. Luckily, Cedric was following close behind.

"Since when have you and Diggory been going out?!" He asked furiously.

I crossed my arms. "Since last night."

"He's 2 years older than you! He's going to be working while you're still in school!"

"James, we aren't there yet."

"Yeah well, I don't want you two dating." That blew it.

"I never tell you who you can and cannot date! Do you know how many girls come up to my crying because you date them then dump them when you're bored?!"

James shrugged. "It's different. I'm a guy."

I was furious. People were starting to crowd around us. I twirled around, my back facing James' chest and grabbed his arm. Will all my strength I pulled him over my back and onto the floor with a flip. (A/N: Like Annabeth! So pretty much this:)

"Ooooooooh." the crowd sang. I knelt down and held his shoulder to the ground.

"How dare you tell me who I can and cannot date! You aren't in charge of me! I can have my own decisions without you helping me. Now if you don't mind, I'm going to have a nice conversation with my boyfriend." I stood up releasing James from my hold and he scrambled up. I walked over to Cedric and grabbed his hand, pulling him away.

. . .

The next day Cedric brought me to the kitchen to have lunch there. As I finished my sandwich Cedric asked for some strawberries for us to share.

"Oh! And can we get some chocolate syrup with it?" I asked.

Tinkey nodded and scurried off. When she came back I dove into the strawberries and dipped it into chocolate. Shoving it into my mouth, I moaned, unerotically, and looked at Cedric who was chuckling.

"You got a little something." He said.

I blushed and brought my hand up to my lips. "Where is it?"

"I'll get it for you." Cedric leant in and connected his lips to mine. I curled my hand into his hair and he put his arms around me.

When we pulled away for air he said,"Oo, Chocolaty."

I giggled. I absolutely loved this boy.

"So you really like chocolate covered strawberries?" Cedric asked. I nodded putting another one in my mouth. "I'll remember that."
