Still Maggie’s POV

I woke up to someone shaking me.

“Maggie, get up! Come on.” I heard Cody say.

I pushed him away.

“What time is it?” I asked, pulling the covers over my head to keep the sun out of my eyes.

“It’s 9am. You and Alli are coming to the studio with me today! Get up! We have to be there at 10!” Cody said, pulling the covers off of me.

“Where’s Alli?” I asked.

“She’s downstairs making breakfast.” Cody said.

“Woah. What time were you guys up?” I asked.

“Like seven…” Cody said.

“HOW?” I asked.

Cody laughed.

“Darling, you’re going to have to get used to getting up early if you wanna start school in September.” Cody said.

I shook my head furiously.

I pulled the covers back over my head.

“Oh, you wanna play this game?” Cody asked.

I don’t even have to look at him to know he’s smirking.

I heard footsteps run out of the room.

I quickly got out of bed, and put some pillows under the covers. I then ran into the bathroom in Alli’s room.

I filled a glass up with water.

Cody was going to pour some water over ‘me.’

I have this all planned out.

I heard footsteps run back into the room.

Cody laughed.

“You’re still under there?” Cody asked.

I stuck my head out of the bathroom and there stood Cody hovering over ‘my’ bed. His back was towards me. Perfect!

I saw him slowly grab the covers that covered the pillows.

He yanked them off, and poured the water over the pillows he thought was me.

He dropped the now empty glass on the floor and scratched his head.

I tiptoed towards him.

When I got close enough, I poured the cold water over his head, and watched as he turned around quickly.

“Oh, you’re so getting it now!” Cody shouted.

I screamed, then ran out of Alli’s room, and down the stairs.

I ran into the kitchen where I found Alli making chocolate chip pancakes.

I hid behind Alli.

That didn’t stop Cody from pouncing on me.

He tackled Alli and I to the ground.

“Cody, what the hell?!” Alli shouted.

“I was trying to get Maggie!” Cody shouted back.

“Well you didn’t have to jump on me!” Alli shouted.

“I’m sorry.” Cody said quietly.

Alli laughed.

“It’s okay. It was actually pretty funny!” Alli said, laughing.

“Why were you even trying to get Maggie?” Alli asked.
