•Y/n's POV•

"I should probably go home now, it's getting late," I told him, grabbing my backpack and slipping my shoes on.

"Aww, can't we watch a movie or something?" Tyler pleaded with his brown puppy dog eyes. He pouted but I looked away, keeping my gaze to the floor so I could avoid the look he was giving me. Tyler slowly took a step closer. "Pleeease," he said, still pouting. I sighed, giving in.

"Fine. What movie?" I asked, placing my stuff back into the floor.

"The Lion King." He said, his brown eyes seeming brighter. Of course he would say that movie. He knew how much I loved it, and I could never watch it too many times.

I jumped on the couch in excitement. "What are you waiting for? Put it on!"

"Okay, okay," he said, rushing over to the DVD player and placing the disc inside.

When the movie ended, I was so tired my eyes felt like they were going to close any minute. Luckily I managed to stay awake. I'd hate to miss the ending, even though I saw it countless times before.

"I have to go now, Tyler. Text you when I get to my house?"

"Definitely," he responded. And then he placed his lips against my cheek, only making me all the more flustered. The cheek kisses weren't really normal for us. He did it a few times before, leaving me dumbfounded each and every time. I wasn't sure why he started doing it, but I couldn't complain. It left me all giddy and happy by the time I arrived home.

"Goodnight, Tyler." I smiled while ruffling his fluffy brown hair. A small smile spread across his face too.

After getting ready for bed, I remembered I told Tyler I would text him.

Y/n: Hey, I'm tired. Finally got ready for bed

Tyler: Yeah, finally. You take forever.

Y/n: Shut up, you couldn't even run across the school quick enough

Tyler: Hey! I play basketball, I can definitely run fast. Faster than you

Y/n: Whatever, Tyler. I'm tired. I'm gonna go to sleep. goodnight

Tyler: Goodnight
