Oikawa's eyes don't actually have problems. He just wears glasses to be fashionable because we all know that he is fabulous.
And look at his glasses. They seriously don't seem to be those with graded lenses because if you'd put those in that kind of frame, the lenses would be in danger and they'd seriously fall off at some point.
