I woke up to some guitar playing. It was coming from next door and it was the same kind of strumming from the same day I was kidnapped. I ignored it for now and got up to take a long bath. I needed to relax after everything that's happened since I was kidnapped.
I looked at myself in the mirror and noticed bags were forming under my eyes. I sighed. I turned the bath on and let the water fill up the bath tub. I took my clothes off and stepped in. I let myself soak for a while.
After I was done cleaning myself and all that, I wrapped myself in a bathrobe and walked out the bathroom into my room. I screamed when I saw Vanoss just sitting there on my bed.
"Jesus! You almost gave me a heart attack!" I shouted at him. As he cringed a little from my loudness.
"Relax. I just wanted to let you know the guys are on a heist," he said.
"Why didn't you go with them?" I asked.
"Someone needs to watch you and they all voted that I do it..." he looked irritated as he said that.
"It doesn't look like you want to 'watch me'. Aren't you the leader, anyway? Why didn't you pick someone else to watch over me?"
"Just because I'm the leader doesn't mean they can't out rule me," he simply said. "Anyways, it's just you and me," he said. "Oh, and Delirious, too."
"Okay... Well, can you leave? I need to change..." I said awkwardly as I started to get flushed, knowing that I had nothing under my bathrobe. He smirked at me and got up to get out my room. He stopped at the doorway and turned around. He eyed me from head to toe and scoffed.
'The audacity!' I thought right as he left, closing the door behind him.
I quickly got dressed.
I walked towards the door and surprisingly, it was unlocked. I walked out into the hallway and went upstairs. Vanoss was sitting on the couch watching the news. I walked towards the kitchen to find eggs, bacon, and some waffles. There was a post-it note next to it.
I know you're probably tired so I made you some breakfast, (Y/n)!

I ate the breakfast David had made for me. I remembered Delirious needs to change his bandages. I asked Vanoss where he was.
"He's in his room," Vanoss answered without looking away from the TV.
"Can you show me? I don't know where it is."
"What for?"
"To change his bandages. The faster he gets better, the faster I get out of here." Vanoss looked up at me with a concerned look.
"Right..." Vanoss got up from the couch. "Come on." He started walking to Delirious' room. He knocked on the door.
"Come in," Delirious said from the other side of the door. This was the first time I heard him say something now that I think about it. There was something about it that caught my attention but I couldn't put a pin on it. We walked in. "Did you guys need something?" He said sitting up a little from his bed.
"(Y/n) needs to change your bandages," Vanoss deadpanned.
"I can do it myself," Delirious said.
"You obviously can't since you got an infection from changing your own bandages," I stated. He glared at me.
"Fine..." Delirious gave in. I walked up to him as he lifted his shirt. I took the previous bandage off and replaced it with a new one. "So, how does it look?" he asked.
"It's looking better. Don't forget to take the antibiotics," Delirious nodded. I handed him a bottle of pills that would help with the infection.
"Feel better, man," Vanoss said before we left the room.
We both went back to the living room and the TV caught my attention when I heard my name. There was a picture of me on the screen with the word 'MISSING' on top.
(Y/N) (L/N), has been missing for almost a week now. If you have seen her or have any idea where she might be, please call the police immediately.
I stared at the TV in shock. I heard Vanoss click his tongue against the roof of his mouth. It was most likely Sam that called the police after not being able to get in contact with me. She probably called my mother, too. I was worried and relieved at the same time.
I started to feel sick. This was not okay.
