» So I've noticed that almost everyone who's been reading TGWTH so far is a Muslim and while that is never a bad thing, I had also hoped that other people would be reading it too since in this book, I hope to cover some really important aspects and how Muslims are being picked on all around the world because of their faith. We Muslims already know this but we need other people to know this too. We need other people to see things from our POV to spread awareness. You do not have to be a Muslim or a super religious person to read this book but I'm having trouble getting other people to read it. So it would really help on the larger scale if you were to recommend this book to a non-Muslim friend on Wattpad. This is so much more than just getting more reads, it's about getting more people aware about this serious issue that the media's been covering up. Thank you all so much and even recommending this to a single friend can create ripples in the sea «

He stared at her from the corner of his eye nearly every day but didn't approach her. Gunner caught her looking at him several times too but she would blush and look away, reminding him of how it used to be before they'd even started talking.

And now, he had ruined that.

It was on the fourth day after the incident in the library, that Gunner saw her again. Only this time, she seemed to be surrounded by friends which was an odd sight since Lamees was alone most of the time. He turned to walk away in the opposite direction when he heard someone's soft yelp.

Frowning, he turned back around to find Lamees being shoved by the girls standing around her. She had some books clutched to her chest and her head was bowed. When one of the girls pushed her again, Gunner yelled.

"Hey! What the fūck do you think you're doing?"
