WE HAD A REALLY STRANGE ENGLISH LESSON.
Like the weirdest EVER.
See. I even added bold and CAPS to emphasise that.
Anyway. So.
Our normal teacher was sick so we had a stand in. So we all walked into the class and sat down and the teacher wrote on the board, "Books based on true stories are better than fiction books".
So I said, "Except Percy Jackson. And The Kane Chronicles and-" The teacher cut me off here.
"Well that's an opinion, isn't it?"
"But what's on the board is an opinion too!"
And our class started having a fight with this stand in for almost two periods.
Then right before the bell went, he stopped us all and said,
"I see I have now educated you in the fine art of arguing for what you think is the right answer. I expect a two page exposition on this subject on my desk by tomorrow."
And then the bell went and everyone walked out like, 'What the?...'
