For what it's worth, he shouldn't be allowed back in the society. He was supposed to die when he fell from that train, but he didn't. Steve was reborn as an American hero, but he was reborn into a monster. What would people think of him?
Even if SHIELD helped him back into the society, would it redeem himself for all he had done? Would everyone forgive him like Steve would?
