At the start of the school, you met the Sons and the ever charming Chase Collins. You aren't the type that doesn't go to parties and prefer to indulge in a book than loud music. Not that you hate music, but not at the point it was that loud.

You wanted to have friends and no one appears to not wanting to be friends with you since all you do is study and read, but somehow you manage to get stuck with Tyler Simms, one of the Sons and Chase himself.

One day, you were hanging out with Chase at Nicky's. Although it was awkward at first and everyone is staring at you, Chase told you to ignore them and have fun.

Unbeknowst to you, Tyler is looking at the two of you with jealousy. You excused yourself to get some air when you accidentally saw the Sons using their powers. They saw you and when you tried to run, Reid caught you. You swore you won't tell anyone and they reluctantly let you go.

For days, you avoided them and Tyler had been trying to talk to you but you refused to see him. One day, he cornered you and dragged you to the empty field to explain. You begin to understand and Tyler expressed his feelings to you. You like him but at the same time, you like Chase. From afar, Chase smirked evilly as he found another leverage for his plan.
