(Christmas Edition)

Waking up to the scent of hot cocoa and the (your choice of) scented candle is one of the best way to start the day. Sebastian is already downstairs, from the noise of pots and pans in the kitchen.

You slip on one of his sweaters, his scent lingers in it. You head downstairs and found him setting the table with the Christmas theme tableware you bought the other day.

"Morning, Sebby", you announce yourself in.

He places the steaming pancakes on the table before greeting you with a morning kiss.

"Merry Christmas", said Sebastian.

"Can we open the presents first?", you ask.

"The pancakes will get cold", Sebastian pouts. You kiss him and pull him back into the kitchen for breakfast.

After breakfast, the two of you sit by the tree and start to pass around the presents. You shakily hand him a small box you got for him.

"I wonder what's in here", he gently shakes the tiny box.

"I'd figure it's the best way to say it, Seb", you say.

Sebastian unties the ribbon and open the lid. His eyes light up like your Christmas tree, but brighter.

"We're..., having a baby?", he asks. He quickly hands a small box to you too.

You untie the ribbon and open the lid. Your eyes light up like his. "We're getting..., a puppy?", you ask. Inside, a dog collar by the name (your choice of name).

"Well, I've already got him and I've been hiding him with mom", says Sebastian.

"You ok with this? I mean you'll be busy by next year", you say, holding your stomach.

"Look, it doesn't matter. It's one of the greatest gifts in my life, just like you", he says, kissing your forehead.

"Merry Christmas, Sebastian", you say, snuggling in his arms.

"Can't wait to meet this little one", he says, hand on your stomach.

"Wait for another 7 or 8 months, hon", you say.
"Wait..., will the baby arrive by the time my birthday?", Sebastian's face light up with a bright smile.

"Maybe", you smile. He kisses you.

"I love you", he says.
