(Post Endgame: Reader kept finding Bucky wandering into the work room, reminding Bucky of Steve)
You walked in to find Bucky in your work room..., again. You sighed as you set your bag down.
"Hey..., you ok?", you asked.
"I keep forgetting", he said, looking at all the drawings you made.
You rest your cheek against his metal arm, rubbing it gently. "It's ok. I'm here", you said.
"I know..., and I'm glad. I wished..., I really wished that Steve...", his voice broke off and you heard the sobbings.
"It's alright. I think Steve thought..., well, he made his decision", you tried your best to not cry too.
"I'm sorry", Bucky sighed, grasping your hand gently.
"Don't be. I'm here for you, always", you said.
He turned to you, smiling despite the tears on his eyes and cheeks. You wrapped your arms around his neck and kissed him.
"Come on, help me with dinner", you gently pulled him out of the room.
