Isn't She Lovely?

"She's"

"Perfect" they both said in unison. Jackie held the baby in her arms. 

"I've waited so long for you" she whispered into the baby's ears. Jack did nothing but smile, up to the point where his cheeks were starting to hurt. 

"What will we name her" Jack whispered.

"We?" Jackie asked offended. Jack sighed and grabbed Jackie's hand. 

"This is our baby, you are my wife"

"That's debatable" she remarked. She looked at Jack and smiled. She thought about starting over and forgiving Jack for the sake of the baby. She saw Jack when she looked into the baby's eyes.

"Caroline" Jackie smiled as she looked at Jack for feedback.

"It's perfect... Just like you" he smiled. She playfully rolled her eyes. "Can I hold her?" he asked. 

"Well, she is your daughter. So... I suppose" she said sarcastically.

Soon after Jack left to prepare the nursery for when Jackie left the hospital with the baby, Jackie sat there happy that things were almost to the point where she wanted them. She heard a knock. Looking at the time,she wasn't expecting anyone. 

"Come in" she said guessing it would just be her Doctor or a nurse. 

"Jackie..." he said
