Madison's Pov
I wake up not realizing where I am. I look up and see Jonah sleeping. He's so cute when he's sleeping. I push his head off mine so his head is leaning on the corner of the arm chair and I wiggling out of his arms. I get up and check my phone to see the time. It's 4:30 am. Wow ok. I guess I'm just gonna sit here until everyone wakes up. I use my phone for a couple minutes until I hear someone cough. I jump a little and look around. I see Daniel and smile at him. I walk over to him and sit on the ground in front of him. As soon as I sit he picks me up and puts me next to him. I was kinda on him like my legs where on his lap, my head was on his shoulder and his arm was rapped around my waist.
"Hey" he says softly
"Why are you up so early" I whisper
"I was up for a while" he says
"Do you wanna go for a walk or something" I say looking up at him
"Sure" he says
We both get up and get our phones. Daniel grabs his grey why don't we hoodie and we walk out the door silently.
"Wanna get some food" Daniel suggest
"Ya sure we can go to Tim Horton, it's down the street" I say looking at him
He looks down at me and smiles. We walk out of the hotel in silence because we didn't wanna wake people up. I mean it's only 4:45 am. We get out side and the streets and almost empty, just some homeless people or some really scary people outside. I get a little scared. This is where it happened
Flashback
"You worthless piece of shit" he says kicking me
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to" I say sobbing
"Oh, you didn't mean to" he says sarcastically in a baby voice,picking me up by my collar.
"Please I'm sorry, don't hurt me" I say closing my eyes sobbing even more
He throws me to the ground
"This better not happen again" he says walking away
End of flashback
"Madison" Daniel says nudging me
"Madison what's wrong" he says worried
A couple tears stream down my cheeks.
"I'm sorry" I say crying
Daniel's Pov
"Which way do we go" I ask Madison
She doesn't answer. I look over at her and she's standing there tears forming in her eyes.
"Madison" I say nudging her worried
"Madison what wrong" I say really worried
A couple tears stream down her face
"I'm sorry" she says crying
My heart break seeing her crying. I wrap my arms around her and hug her tightly.
"Madison what's wrong" I say getting scared
"Nothing let's just go to Tim Hortons" she says wiping away her tears
