Night time talks

Kol's pov

I'm currently on the phone to my son who rung me, I haven't spoken to him or Davina since they left New Orleans a few days ago with Grace, Hayley and Hope as I've been busy with helping my brother's track down the exact location the hollow keeps appearing.

A smile appears on my face as Zander tells me about what he's done today

(Phone convo)

Zander: I drew a picture for you mommy put it on the fridge

Kol: I can't wait to see your picture

Zander: (giggles) Grace threw up on Hayley

Kol: is your sister okay?

Zander: yes mommy says she got windy

Kol: alright look after your mommy and sister for me okay

Zander: I will daddy

Kol: good boy

Zander: I miss you daddy

I close my eyes a few times to blink back the tears that threaten to spill

Kol: I miss you too buddy I'll see you soon

Zander: promise

Kol: I promise now put your mommy on the phone

Zander: okay daddy

I chuckle as I hear him shuffling and mumbling to himself

Zander: mommy

Davina: yes baby

Zander: daddy wants to talk

I hear him pass the phone to Davina

Davina: hello

My smile widens at the sound of her voice, oh I've missed her even though she's only been gone five days

Kol: hello darling

Davina: Kol I miss you

Kol: I miss you too

Davina: how are things going over there with you?

Kol: so far we've got nothing but the hollows witch followers have made a few attacks but we saw to them fast

Davina: me and Hayley have been doing our own research and we've discovered something

Kol: what is it?

Davina: I was searching through the history of New Orleans and I uncovered reports of violent activities

Kol: what does violent crimes have to do with the hollow?

Davina: all these violent crimes took place in four areas in New Orleans in those four places some of the most gruesome and violent masscares took place but they didn't happen just once they happened before in different eras and in all these crimes the reports explain of how a symbol was left behind in the wake of the murders

Kol: the one that's currently written all over New Orleans now?

Davina: yes and you know like the hollow is trying to find four remains in order to come back to life?

Kol: yes

Davina: well me and Hayley think those four remains may be in the four areas that those murders took place

Kol: give me the names of the places

Davina: the bayou, the cemetery, the docks and St Anne's Church

Kol: I'll take a look with Nik and Elijah tomorrow

Davina: okay be careful and call me once you've checked I need to know you're safe

Kol: don't you worry about me I'll be fine love just focus on the kids

Davina: okay I'll text you if me or Hayley find out anything else

Kol: okay I love you

Davina: I love you too

Kol: bye

Davina: bye

She hangs up after that god I miss her and my children, the sooner the Hollow is defeated the better so I can see my family again.

So this was a quick chapter I wanted to do a cute chapter Kol and Zander talking over the phone and Davina giving him important information on the Hollow. Stay tuned for more
