brendon got a phone call as it was starting to get dark out.

"hello?" he instantly answered.

"is this mr. urie?"

"it is..."

"we found tyler."

brendon let out a relieved sigh.

"great, where is he?"

"he's... well, he's in the hospital."

brendon felt his heart stop.

"i-is he okay?"

"not right now, but he will be. he's not taking visitors right now so-"

"that's bullshit!" brendon argued. "i'm coming to see him."

"mr. urie-"

"thank you, goodbye."

he hung up and slipped on his coat.

tyler was going to be okay. that's all that mattered. he could be mad at him later.
