Our closest family members and friends stood around us as we stood in front of the Portkey. Apparation to other continents was too risky, so Sirius and I got a Portkey in the form of a book from the Ministry. Everyone wanted to give us a proper sendoff for our honeymoon. The Marauders, Lily and Marlene, my Mum, and Felix's family crowded in Sirius' living room.

"Have fun, but not too much fun!" Felix grinned. He held Alex in his arms and made my nephew wave his tiny hand at me.

"No, don't listen to him!" scolded Mum. She leaned close to me, her blue eyes shining. "I'm not getting any younger! I need some more grandbabies soon!"

"Mum!" I exclaimed, heat flushing my face. James was whispering something to Sirius as Lily tried to eavesdrop. Sirius was smirking, and James winked at me after clapping Sirius on the back. I could only imagine what kind of inappropriate things James was saying.

"Tell us how it is!" Lily piped. "Maybe James and I will go there for our honeymoon!"

After a round of hugs and goodbyes, Sirius and I faced each other, the Portkey on the table and our luggage in our hands.

"Ready?" Sirius asked. He leaned over and gave me a peck on the lips. I couldn't suppress the smile on my face as he kissed me.

"Ready."

I grabbed Sirius' hand and together we touched a finger to the book Portkey. The room and my family and friends spun out of sight as we were whisked away. We landed in a deserted alley behind our resort, away from the prying eyes of Muggles.

Our chosen honeymoon location was Florida, in the United States. We had a whole week booked at a resort right along the Atlantic Ocean. The moment we arrived in our room, Sirius and I made a pact that the vacation was for relaxation only. There would be minimal magic used and we would not discuss the war, Order, or my job for the whole week.

Sirius loved Florida. After one day on the beach, we realized our fair skin did not agree with the sun. The weather was sunny and beautiful, giving us sunburns in under an hour. Sirius' second favorite part of the trip was messing with the Muggles we met. When he found out about the increased drinking age in the United States, he took it upon himself to confund every Muggle that questioned him when he ordered a drink. He told me his favorite part was all the time he got to spend with me as his wife.

My main reasoning behind going on a trip to somewhere warm was I got optimal time of seeing my handsome husband shirtless. And seeing him shirtless is what I got for most of the trip, whether we were inside or outside.

At least once a day, we got Patronus messages from our friends back home. Most of them were from James, who kept us posted on everything going on in his life. Sirius' forgetting the enchanted mirror was a mistake that interrupted us in the middle of many intimate moments.

"Do you want to go to this spa tonight?" I called to Sirius. He poked his head from around the bathroom door. I tapped my finger on the resort itinerary. He stepped out of the bathroom and loped closer. My breathing nearly stopped. He was only wearing a towel around his waist.

"Hmm..." Sirius hummed and stood in front of me. I pursed my lips, subduing a smile. Sirius seemed to be doing the same. He slowly took the brochure from my hands and started to skim it over. I could tell he was purposely flexing as he paced in front of me shirtless. We both knew what he was trying to do and how easy it was to convince me.

"Yeah, ah, this massage," I pointed out. I stepped behind him and placed a hand on his bare back. The touch was just enough to send shivers down his spine. In a swift movement, the paper fell to the ground and Sirius had one hand on the small of my back, one caressing my cheek. My body tingled with excitement as he pressed me tighter to him. I playfully pulled at his long hair.
