Rivers POV

When I got home it was quiet I know my mom were going to be upset I didn't come home last night and I didn't call. I limped to my room. I just want a shower  and chill.

When I got out the shower my mom was at the door with her arms crossed.

" Where were you ". She protested.

" After I left August house he took my over a friend house and I spent a night and my phone died ". I say.

" Are you lying ".

" No mom ". I say.

" Whats on your neck ". She say.

" Nothing ". I said.

" Did he use protection Rivers ". She said.

" Mom I didn't have sex if that's what's your thinking ". I say walking past her going to my closet.

" So they just sucked on your neck and you left ".

" Can you not ".

" We will talk about this later ". She say walking out.

When she walked out she looked disappointed I felt kinda of bad lying to her. I was about to go sit on my bed when something was thrown at my window. My mom came back in my room and looked at me.

" What was that ".

" Someone threw something at my window ". I say.

I got the brick and it had a note on it. I hurried up and kicked it under the bed because I didn't want my mom to freak.

" Who would do this I'm calling the police ". She say walking out.

When she left I got the note and read it.

" It's nice to meet August new girl "

My heart nearly dropped.

August POV

I was chilling with my friends when Rivers called me.

" Whats up ". I say.

" Nothing ".

" You good ". I asked.

" Yeah it's just someone through a brick at my window today with a note on it ". She said with a shaky voice.

" What it say ".

" Hold on I'm going to send a picture ".

" Ok ".

She sent the picture and I read it. FUCK.

" I'll call you back ". I say hanging up.

" We have a problem ". I said sitting up.

" What ". Shay asked.

" Now they threatening Rivers ".

" We need to find out who's doing this ". Ralph said.

" Yeah, but we don't have any information ". Chris say

" Wait I'll be back ". I added.

I pulled up to Que house. It has to be him. I saw that he was having a little party. I just walked in not giving a fuck.

" Yo What he fuck ". I heard someone say.

I saw Lola sitting on Que lap.

" Aye bitch ". I say.

" What the fuck you doing here ".

" Quit fucking with my people and handle this shit with me because I'm the only nigga that's gone call the shots ". I said.

" August you must of forgot what I got on you ". He say.

" I don't give a fuck about that ".

" You ain't nothing but a pussy ". He say getting in my face.

" Nah but look I call the shots ". I say walking out.
