River POV

Ken and I got made it official I mean we never discussed anything but we act like a couple.

" How you gone take my shit ". He say.

" You wasn't using it ". I say walking out the bathroom.

" So How would you like it if I used to soaps ". He said with a grin.

" Happy ".

I flopped on the bed and started putting lotion on.

" How did ya doctor appointment go ". He asked.

I'm really happy that we gotten closer but he wanted to meet Aurora and I don't thinks she ready. I don't even think she knows about August and I. She goes house to house.

" River you hear me ". He say.

" My bad yeah it went good ". I said.

" Good ". He kissed me.

" What are you about to do ". I asked.

" Chill haven some friends over ". He say.

" Oh, I'm about to take me a nice nap ". He say.

After I woke up from the nap the house was quiet. I went in the bathroom to used the restroom. Than I went downstairs and saw no one but I heard Music coming from the backyard. When I got to the backyard I saw Ken playing basketball with his friends. He saw me and smiled. He had his shirt off and he was all sweaty. I sat with these group of girls and watched them play.

" You must be Kentrell's new boo ". One girl say.

I didn't say anything but look at her.

" Hello ". She say.

I ignored her and just watched the guys play.

But I got up and went back inside I pulled my phone out and called August so I can talk to Aurora. The phone just rung but he answered. It was a FaceTime call so I could see Lola in the background holding her baby I guess. She been pregnant for over 9 months but none of my business.

" Whats up ". He asked.

" Hey and nothing, but where's Aurora ". I ask.

" She just went down for her nap she isn't feeling good ". He say.

" Oh do you need to take her to the doctor ". I asked him.

" Nah I think she'll be good later on ". He say.

" Oh ok ".

" Yeah but I'll talk to you later ". He say.

" Alright ".

He hung up and I closed my phone. When I did everyone from outside was coming in.

" Whats up ". I heard Ken say.

" Hey ". I say walking over to him and kissing him.

" Aye we'll see y'all later ".

" Alright ".

They left out and Ken looked at me.
