An artist in need of inspiration goes to a famous art museum. He spends hours walking down its aisles,admiring the artworks. Then he sits down in front of a rather spectacular of Marie Antoinette under a guillotine.
He stares at it for so long that he falls asleep while admiring it. He was dreaming about the guillotine blade coming down on Marie Antoinette's head when the guard taps his shoulder.
The tap provoked a cardiac arrest immediately, because he associated the tap to the guillotine blade.
The guard was later summoned to court and at the end of the session,the judge dismissed the case.
