Two cars were involved in a highway accident on the N3,enroute to Soho. According to the witnesses,the two cars,a black and a green sedan,were driving along the N3,when the black car overtook the green one.
The green car,not wanting to be left behind,sped past the black car with a triumphant smile on his face. By the time he saw the oncoming truck,since he didn't pay attention to the traffic light to see that it had changed, it was a little too late.
He slammed his foot on the brake and the black car had to swerve out of the way to avoid being hit. The black car rammed into a shop window before coming to a halt.
The green car had four passengers, who were luckily unhurt,while the black car had two passengers; one of them was dead and the other was alive.
The paramedics and police officers arrived at the scene and after they questioned the drivers and witnesses,they let both drivers and their companions go.
Why was no one guilty of killing the dead man?
