Kaden and his friends, Emma,Judith and John, had a week off from school and decided to spend this well-deserved break on the lake nearby.
When they arrived at the lake,they were all sweaty and clammy from the drive,so they quickly got changed into their swimming gear. All of them were good swimmers,so they decided to leave the life jackets at home. They got into Kaden's uncle's boat and drove it to the middle of the lake. They dived into the lake without a moment of hesitation.
Later that day, a passerby found four corpses floating in the lake. After the police came and dragged the bodies out of the lake, they were identified as Kaden, Emma, John and Judith.
Why did they drown?
