Flora's POV

Dorian held my hand as he walked me outside. We were walking to the back of the house where I saw four tall and well built intimidating guys. I scooted closer to Dorian knowing that these were the four other lycans.

Knowing one was enough but four more that I didn't know, was a scary thought. The guys were talking and chopping some wood. Some of them had their shirts off that I couldn't help but gawk at.

If it's on display then that's all free play. Dorian must've been gauging my reaction because he started to growl. That caused the four of the others to look over at us.

I tried to back away but Dorian placed his hand on my lower back encouraging me to go forward. The guys all stood up and looked at me then to my protruding stomach.

They took careful step towards me making me panic a little. Dorian squeezed my hand looking at me. "They're not going to hurt you."

I knew they wouldn't from the way Dorian talked about them last night, but I couldn't help myself. What if one of them got angry and takes it out on me?

The first one to step towards me was a blonde man. He held his hand out to me that I hesitantly took. He put both his hands on mine kissing it. "I'm so happy to finally meet you. It's an honor, truly to be standing in front of the first woman to continue our bloodline."

"These are my brothers," Dorian stated standing closely next to me.

"Not actual siblings, right?" I asked looking at all of them. They didn't look alike except for the two blonde guys.

"No, but they're the only ones that have lycan blood in them such as myself."

The guy in front of me put my hand down and gazed longly at my stomach. "May I?" He asked looking at me to Dorian.

"No," Dorian stated trying to pull me away but I held my ground brushing him off. I glared at him once he said that. Dorian told me all about how others wanted this baby to survive and the importance of this pregnancy.

I looked at the man. "You may." I was curious myself to see his reaction.

He looked at Dorian seeming hesitant until I grabbed a hold of his hand. "Dorian isn't the one carrying the baby, is he? So he doesn't get a say." I guided his hand to my stomach where he moved it himself closing his eyes as he did so.

"He's right here." He said smiling. His hand was to the middle left side. "Good strong heartbeat."

He opened his eyes and stood up retracting his hand. "Thank you for that experience. I'm Marcus by the way. And that other guy." He pointed behind him to another guy with blonde hair. "He's actually my brother."

The other guy pushed Marcus aside roughly. "I'm Magnus. The better-looking brother to Marcus." I couldn't help but laugh. "Lucky for Dorian, he got to you before I could." He smirked.

I could definitely see the difference between the brothers. Marcus was sweet and understanding while Magnus was more straight-forward and cocky.

"That's enough Magnus," Dorian said pushing him aside while Marcus slapped his brother behind the head, scolding him with a look.

The other two guys came forward. The handsome darker skin one stepped forward with a beautiful smile gracing his face. "My name is Axel and I'm going to be the best uncle out of all these buffoons."

I couldn't help but smile and chuckle. His presence made me feel relaxed. While the other guy with long black hair with tan skin gave me a slight smile. "Pleasure to meet you. I'm Roman." I knew right away that he would be a man of a few words, but very thoughtful inside.

"These guys will protect you and the baby with their lives. They'll even kill me if I ever harmed you in any way, but that will never happen." Dorian said looking at me.

"As soon as we heard that you were attacked, we came right away."

"Did you guys move all my stuff over here?" I asked.

"Yeah, it wasn't even that heavy," Magnus said popping his neck.

"Yeah, like he didn't ask for help moving every piece of furniture." Axel snickered back at him. The both of them started to wrestle each other to the ground like little boys.

"For lycans as old as you guys, I expected you guys to be...different" I tried to put nicely.

"You mean more mature," Marcus said smiling at me. "Some of us are a little more mature and smarter than others." He said gesturing to the two still hitting each other on the floor.

"Now that we've all met, you guys can go," Dorian said dismissing them quickly. He quickly pulled me along with him as we made our way to the front of the house. Just when Dorian closed the door it opened followed by Magnus letting the rest of the guys inside.

I went to the kitchen and took out a water. The guys sat on the table and counter, then when I went into the living room to sit down, they followed. They sat down next to me, gracing me with their presence on both sides.

I could feel a headache coming and my feet were starting to ache. Though the guys were amusing to watch and listen to which put me in a good mood. "You guys know that this house is big enough for you to go anywhere."

"But we want to be by you," Axel said picking up one of the pillows and lying on it.

Dorian looked irritated seeing all of the guys by me. "Guys she needs her rest. She doesn't need all of you suffocating her." Dorian came over and picked me up bridal style. I wrapped my arms around his neck and looked back at the guys who were now right behind us.

"Hey, take it easy."

"Watch her stomach."

"You're not holding her properly."

"Walk the correct way, left foot, right foot." They all commented immediately standing up.

They all followed us to my new room that I hardly got to look at since Dorian was already trying to tuck me in. I tried to sit up but he laid me back down.

"You need to rest."

I didn't argue with him so I cuddled into the blankets then watched Dorian order the guys to get out of the room.
