Always & Forever Mine (Ongoing)

Chapter 8

Collin Tanner was standing at my door step in the pouring rain . Even now he still looks like a handsome devil , the water is running down his well sculpted face is just .. Snap out of it Adriana , say something for Christ's sake.

"What are you doing here ?" I ask him .

" Are you gonna let me stand out here all day in the rain? " Shit i should probably let him come in .

"Come in "

He walks in and takes off his leather jacket and I close the door .

"What do you want Collin ?" I ask before my mind could register what I was saying . He's probably gonna shout at me now .

" Adriana -" he says while stepping closer to me .

" I just .." He trails off .

"You just what Collin , it's very clear that you don't wanna be around me so what are you doing here ? " That came out harsher than I expected .

" You think I don't want to be around you , you have no idea how hard-"
He begins but stops talking .

" I'm sorry , ok " he states . He apologized to me . Collin doesn't seem like the type to apologize .

"Y-you're sorry ? " I ask

" Yea , I'm sorry .. There's just some things that need to be sorted out , and I don't want you to get caught up in it"
He said while pinching the bridge of his nose  .What was he talking about ?

"Care to elaborate ?" I ask

" You wouldn't believe me if I told you "

"Try me "

"Uuughh, you're so stubborn Blue " Did he just call me Blue .

" Blue ?" I ask while raising my eyebrow.

" Yea, Blue , like the color of your eyes " he says while stepping closer to me. Every step he takes I make one of my own but only mine's are backwards until my back is pressed up on a wall .

He's now impossibly close to me  , his hot breath fanning against my face .

"It's not safe to be around me , Blue. At least not right now " he says while running his finger over my cheek .

Is this even real , I need some type of proof to verify that I'm not dreaming .
I bite down on the inside of my lip really hard , yup it's definitely real .

"What do you mean not safe-?"

"Sshh, no questions Blue " he cut me off before I could finish .

I looked up at him dreamily , the way he was staring at my lips I was almost certain he wanted to kiss me .

"I'll explain everything to you soon " he finishes . I nodded my head in agreement and he back away a bit .

I didn't even remember he was soaking wet until water dripped from his hair and onto my arm .

"I could dry those for you , it won't take long " I state while fidgeting with fingers .

" That's okay ,I'll manage "

" No , it's no problem , you were in the rain,  I don't want you to get a cold  "

"I don't get sick Blue , ever " . I like Collin a whole lot but he's talking bull crap, everyone gets sick that's unless Tyra is telling the truth and he really is an Alien .

"Stop being so stubborn Collin and take your clothes off " I slapped my hand over my mouth as soon as I spoke those words . My cheeks must be flaming red . I practically told him to strip .
