Title: Fighting Testosterone Review:
Author: UntarnishedForever

Cover:
4/5

The image is perfect! The only thing I would recommend is making ‘fighting’ bigger.

Blurb:
3/5

The blurb is okay. I think it could be reworked to be more exciting. The ‘this story is about…’ is
unnecessary. The bit about secrets is interesting maybe start with that.

Title:
5/5

The title is perfect! It is really intriguing and will draw readers in.

Plot:
8/10

I think this is a very ambitious but well executed plot idea. Many writers would steer clear of this topic
but you dove right in and made it into an enjoyable work. Good job.

Character Development:
9/15

The characters are kind of developed but still need some work. What made her mother so arrogant?
How did Kindla find her addiction?

Spelling and Grammar:
9/10

The spelling and grammar are almost impeccable. I noticed a few small mistakes like missing commas
but nothing big.

Overall:
7/10

Other Comments:

The book is very well written, with beautiful sentence structure and flow alongside exquisite
descriptions. This book is centered on a very creative idea that is executed perfectly.

Your strength: Flow and transitions. The story never seemed jumpy and was very easy to read.

Your weakness: Overwriting and emotions.
There are some places were overwriting was evident, where you added too much description.
Description is great but when there are massive chunks of it everywhere, readers become bored. For
example, at the start, when you describe Kindla’s room, it becomes tiresome eventually. You also need
to work on describing emotions, especially with the amount of physical descriptions. Portraying
emotions allows readers to create an emotional connection and gets them more invested in the story.

Ps: Sorry for the wait on your review! Exams are horrible this time of year!
Your story was really interesting and should blossom into something amazing.
