Nadia knew, now more than ever that the dream she had of the werewolf in the Forbidden Forest was real. A couple of days had passed since her night in the Astronomy tower with Sirius, but it was that night and the dream she had that confirmed it in her mind. As soon as she had seen him he looked exactly the same, every wrinkle caused by the frown on his face, every shadow cast by the moonlight and every stray hair messily sticking out was as if it were copied in all detail.

She had never before had such dreams, not that she knew they had come to pass at least. And she didn't know whether she would have any more. What she did want to know was how in Merlin's name a werewolf becomes friendly with such different creatures. Perhaps the large wolf-like dog could make sense, they were similar. But a stag? And even crazier a rat settled among its antlers? It made no sense to her.

She knew she needed to do some research and as she made her way to the Great Hall before classes started for the day, she decided she would use her free time in the afternoon to go to the library and start. She hadn't said anything to her friends yet. She didn't want to be looked at like some sort of freak if she comes out and says she had twice now dreamt of the future.

"Give thy thoughts no tongue." Nadia mumbled to herself as she entered the Great Hall and made her way to the Gryffindor table where she could already see the four Marauders occupying their usual space.

"Good morning Nadia." Peter greeted her as soon as she took a seat on the bench beside him sending each of the Marauders a small smile.

"Ah the sleeping beauty awakens." Sirius teased, remembering the mention of a Muggle story as he spoke making Nadia sent him a small glare. This weekend had seriously disturbed her sleeping schedule, but luckily once classes started she managed to get back on track.

"So, what are you all whispering about?" Nadia wondered as she remembered their hunched positions and hushed conversation before she approached.

"And now that is top secret Marauder business, which I am afraid you are not privy to knowing." James spoke with authority, making Nadia raise her eyebrow.

"I'm sure Professor McGonagall would very much like to know top secret Marauder business is being conducted while she sits right over there." Nadia whispered to them with a teasing smile, nodding her head in the direction of their head of house who was having her breakfast at the staff table.

"We're planning a prank." Peter quickly explained, not wanting to get caught making all four boys exclaim his name in surprise while all Nadia could do was laugh.

"Don't worry, you guys know I would never. I was just teasing, Pete." She reassured the boy next to her with a small smile. "But you are right, I don't want to know, that way I have plausible deniability when you all get caught." She added on with a smirk.

"Oh Nadia, you naïve little child. The Marauders never get caught." Remus commented with a smile as he shared a look with his friends. It was good that Nadia didn't want to know considering the prank in question was the one they had been planning ever since her night in detention.
