Song: Kimberly Cole-Smack You

"Avril come on, please don't act this way." Mist begged, shooting me puppy eyes. Looking at her,  I groaned staring out the diner's window avoiding her large eyes. I had to admit that with Mist's big, doe, brown eyes and pouty lip she nailed the puppy dog face to a T.

"No," I stated stubbornly, glancing at Ingel seeing he was giving me the same pleading look as Mist.

"You have to promise me", Mist begged, grabbing onto my hand that was placed casually on the table top.

I stared out the tinted window for a few more seconds noticing how the sky was still that sad gray but people still walked and mingled along the streets happily. I couldn't say that for myself though. There was so many turmoils running through me, at times I could ignore the pain but other times it still overwhelmed me. Slowly, I turned back to Mist and sighed rolling my eyes overly annoyed. "Fine, I'll promise but I'm not making pinkie promises." I stuck my index finger out, wiggling it and letting a small playful smile show.

Mist smiled gleefully while Ingel sighed relieved. "Well if that's the best we can get out of you . . .then I'll take it!" He grinned across the table from me and Mist.

The server set down our cups of what smelled like hot vanilla (haha, get it because hot chocolates but instead it's hot vanilla. . .why do I even try).

Holding my red cup in between my hands, blowing the steaming liquid like I observed Mist doing, I just had to say it. "But you know we're going to fight again", I sung taking a small sip out of my drink. I pushed it away hurriedly, sticking out my tongue when the sweet tasting drink burned my taste buds.

"If you do, it'll be horrible," Mist said frowning, still blowing on her drink. Something I should've done still feeling my taste buds singeing. She turned to me, the corners of her mouth pointing downwards.

Taking a tentative sip from I drink, I shrugged. "I won't do it if she doesn't provoke me. She does anything and I'm going ape shit." I don't know what Belladonna's problem is but if you haven't noticed, she's almost all the time the one who comes after me and of course I fall for it, but hey it's kind of my philosophy. Belladonna starts, I just end it.

Ingel snorted from behind his cup and Mist gave him a flat look making him immediately sober up, glancing away from us.

It had been a few days since Belladonna's and my last brawl at the ice cream diner and I was still fuming. For one the bitch had moved me to a farther corridor just to spite me.

Hoe.

And two, her and Ike just seemed to rub their relationship in my face even more. I hated both of them damnit, I really did. Maybe if I told myself I hated Ike more it would work.

"My hard work will be all for nothing!" Mist whined. Glancing into my reflection, using the window, leisurely I looked at my appearance. I shrugged again finding it to be the only gesture that could get my point across about this situation.

If Belladonna provokes me tonight, I will try not to let it get to me but if she does then I just will not care. Simple really. Mist's hard work would be ruined, but I would get another chance to hit Belladonna in the face. To me that triumphs all, but then again that's my temper talking and as I've learned my temper gets me nowhere here.

And for the Mist's hard work, it wasn't much. Mist had curled my hair into a ponytail that had a pretty curl hanging in front of my face.

Whoopy damn doo.

The dress was a nice touch though. It was laced from my neck down stopping until it reached the top of my chest. There a yellow dress filled out my body nicely stopping at my knees. The lace sleeves was also another nice touch, I admit. However, yellow was not a good color. Everything shows up on yellow and since we're dining with the Sanira family, including Belladonna,(yes, can someone predict a disaster in the near future? Because I surely can) I'm pretty positive that food was going to end up on me.
