"Why are we here?"

Akira asked Maryam for like the hundredth times since she came to fetch her from home. She dragged her forcefully to the supermarket saying she has a lot of things to buy.

"I have a very wicked plan to avenge you. Sara and her not so cool friends need to be taught a very good lesson after what they've done to you and especially that guy. Who the hell does he think he is to call you a loser," she replied cruelly.

Akira should never have told Maryam about this part because it kept bugging her all day long and that bothered her too. She couldn't even focus because almost everyone was mouthing loser to her all day or some will shout while she would be walking in the hallways. Her day has been hell thanks to Veer and his friends.

Maryam advanced towards the hardware section.

"Do you mind if I go search for some chocolates while you buy whatever you want to?" Akira told her as mostly men were present in that section and she didn't feel comfortable at all.

Maryam shrugged her shoulder and she left. She reached the pastry section but unfortunately she spotted Veer standing at its other end. They were the only people present there. Veer was as astounded as she is. They weren't expecting to see each other.

Akira can't stop thinking of what he has done. He is such a deceiver so what if he is handsome physically; mentally he is a hypocrite, a fibber. He has leaked a video on Facebook with his friends cheering him while Akira was standing alone watching them looking like a loser. She was totally red with anger.

On the other hand, Veer's eyes were glued on her. If one looks at her right now they would say, what a decent girl but in reality she is a skank. They were abusing each other mentally; such was their level of hatred, which is intensifying by each second.

Suddenly a child collided into Akira's feet and fell down. She immediately glared at the little boy and sat down on her knees.

"Oh my God. Are you okay? Where's your mum?"

He started to cry. Akira tried to console him when the boy's mother arrived and snatched the kid from Akira. "How dare you hurt my kid?" She yelled while Akira looked at her in awe.

"Excuse me; I was trying to console him."

"Shut up. Let me call the security and kick you out for hurting my kid."

Akira got up and snapped a finger at the lady and said, "That's enough. I didn't hurt your child."

However a man came out of nowhere and pushed her so hard that it made her collide with the shelves making some packets of biscuits falling down.

"Don't you dare raise your finger on my wife," he warned Akira. Veer who was watching from a distance rushed towards them and stood in front of Akira shielding her from the angry couple.

"Don't you dare touch her," he said to the man.

"And who the hell are you, her boyfriend?" He said mockingly.

"Yeah and I don't like anyone touching what's mine so if you don't want me to break your bones then back off." He said menacingly. The man's wife signaled her husband to leave them alone.

Once they were out of sight, Veer turned towards Akira. He looked at her and saw that she had grabbed her shoulder.

"Are you hurt," he asked her nicely but Akira rebuked at him. "Why do you care? I don't think it made a difference to you that I'm hurt or not. You're unbelievable." Veer frowned as he couldn't understand her.

"The least you could do is say thank you."

"I won't say it because I didn't ask for your help." Akira uttered and left from there at once.

"Suit you, bloody ungrateful," Veer muttered before leaving.

When Akira saw Maryam, she turned speechless with surprise. "What do you think?" She asked while smiling like a joker.

"Are you serious Maryam? What are you going to do with all these spray cans?"

"What do boys love the most?" She asked while Akira glanced at her like an owl. What the heck was wrong with her? She replied vaguely, "Their mothers!"

"Apart from that?"

"Oh my God! Their cars!"

Maryam shrieked with joy while Akira finally understood her plan. She started convincing her that this plan won't work but Maryam was determined to avenge her friend.

"Just wait and watch. I will create a free show for the entire Rising Star College."
