I woke up and walked towards the bathroom.I barely got any sleep because no one was beside me.........
I did my morning routine,put on my clothes,did my make up,ate breakfast and I made sure everything was good in the apartment before I locked up.I saw Darryl in the hall.
"Hey um you're finna go already"he asked
"Yeah"I said
"Well I hope you have a safe flight"he said.
"Thanks"I said.I can tell he's still down about their break up.
"It's okay Darryl"I said still looking at him
"I know Jazz"he said
"Just remember our conversation"I said looking him dead in the eyes and without thinking I leaned in and passionately kissed him but I pulled away.He fixed his lips to say something but I just walked away before I did something else stupid.But he ran after me.
"Jazz we don't have to tell anybody"he said
I didn't respond.
"I'll take you to the airport"he said
"Um okay"I said still in shock that I kissed him.The crazy part about it is that i wanna do it again.So we walked to his BMW I8 and he opened the door for me.Lord please don't let me fall for Darryl.He's just my friend.But he was looking at me in the car and it wasn't just a regular look.I had to reposition myself in the seat and then he leaned in and kissed me but this time it was longer.
"Darryl we can't keep doing this.You have Kennedy"I said stuttering.
"I know but it felt different and I like to feel different.To become lost in a different place taking me away"he said
"I um...Well okay Darryl just drive"and he drove
I just sat there thinking.What if?
"We're here Jazz,do you need help"he said
"No"then my phone rings
"Yes Ar'mon"I said
"Trey told me to tell you that"he said but I cut him off
"Why can't I speak to Trey"I said
"He's busy"said Ar'mon
"What do you want"I said
"Ti and Daysha are joining us on tour"said Ar'mon
"Bye".I said.When he said Ti's name I almost started crying in front of Darryl
"Is everything okay?he said
"Yeah I'm fine"I completely broke down.The simple fact that I know he's gonna get with her.But I can't blame him because I told him too.Darryl started rubbing my back.
"Are you okay?"he asked
"I'm fine"I said
"Jazz you're breathing hard"he said
"Can we,can you do that thing you just did"I said
"Kiss you?"he asked.I shook my head yes and he kissed me passionately.I pulled away and got out his car.Then he waved and I walked in.I went through the process and them I stepped into the plane,and I just sat there thinking,
This is the first time my stepmom has seen me since I've changed.Mario and well everyone in Arkansas.So basically I'm psyching up.I nodded off and then eventually fell asleep

"Hello"said my stepmom
"Yeah I'm about 5 minutes away"I said
"Everyone is here"she said sweetly
"Okay Well See you then"I said and hung up.
"Right here"I as the Uber stopped.I gave her the money,got my thing,and got out.
I knocked on the door and a girl that looks just like me,almost identical opened the door.We were both startled because we both jumped.
"I'm Jazzilyn"she said.Wow he names her after me.
"I'm Jazmine"I said as we walked in.Everybody was sitting at the table.I saw Mario another woman,my stepmom,my dad,and 4 other people.
"Hey baby this is Ariel and your sisters and brothers."he said smiling.
"Hey"I stuttered.
"That's Jazzilyn,Jayden,Jayla,and I'm holding Jasmeena"said my dad
"Yeah I'm can we have a moment"I said pulling him with the baby in my old room.
