Y/n's pov.

I snatch the camera away from his hand and turn it off.

" dad said n-not to m-mention it to a-anyone " i stuttered.

" okay " Ash said awkwardly.

" u-um, can i leave? " i hesitate.

" why?, can't handle the heat in here?~ " Travis asked, he's kinda cute.

" n-no, i wanna go t-to my dad " i said.

" i can accompany you if you want? " Natalie asked, i nodded.

" that would be kind of you " i said softly.

We got up and exit, i saw a glance of Natalie smacking Travis on his head, i giggled but they didn't notice it. We exit and walk our way to dad's office.

" you know your really nice if you speak up more " she said.

" i couldn't " i said.

" it's really nice of you Natalie " i said.

" call me Nat, or Ro if you want " she said.

" Ro? " i asked.

" it's a short form for Rosetta " she said.

" that's a beautiful name " i compliment.

" thanks " she said.

" can i ask you a question? " she asked, i nodded.

" what makes you. . .become like this? " she asked cautiously.

I started to panic, what should i say?, dad said not to explain.

" a-are you alright? " she asked.

" it's a personal question " words just came out of my mouth.

" okay, you should've said sooner " she said, i sighed in relief.

Natalie or Nat, knocked on dad's office door and open it, i see dad and uncle James in there.

" thank you " i said softly, she smiled and left.

I close the door and lean my back against it, slowly sinking and whining. Dad and uncle James just chuckled.

" you made friends? " uncle James asked.

I squeaked and fell to the side hitting the cold floor.

" I'm gonna dieeeee " i cried, they both chuckled.

" your not, now get up " dad help me and patted my head, wiping my tears.

" where's my gummy bear? " i asked.

Dad took out a bowl of it and i snatch it from his hand and stuff them in my mouth.

" don't eat a lot, you'll get diabetes, or sick " uncle James said.

" she likes it " dad said as i sat in the ground in the corner watching both of them work.

I did play my phones but mostly i just, eat, watch and play.

" that's enough for today " dad took away the bowl, i whined.

He put it in the small refrigerator.

I sit there and just think of random things that pop up in my mind, like that Travis guy.

He's kinda cute, a bit funny, charming, eh!?, how did that come into my mind?, am i falling for him?, i do like him but as a friend, or is it not 'like', is it love?, no!, it can't be, i never felt this before.

" am i really falling for him?, i can't love Travis, it's only been a few days, i mean, he is cute but this is too early, i don't the even know him that much, i do get he's a casanova by he's action, but he likes Katelyn doesn't he?, of course he does, he's been flirting with her the whole time, i don't know anymore, but if i confess, no i can't confess, I'm too scared to do it, what if he hurts me?, rejects me?, and the worse thing is, what if he breaks up with me? "

I whined and curled up into a ball, running my hand through my hair, i look at dad and uncle James who is looking at me awkwardly.

" what? " i asked, they stayed silent, just looking at me weirdly.

They both look at each other and back at me.

" your creeping me out " i shudder.

" you. . . " uncle James pause.

" i said it out loud didn't i? " i asked, my eyes widened, they both nodded.

" . . .meep. . . " i squeaked.

" so about Travis? " dad smirked.

" please don't kill me " i squeaked.

" finally " he sighed in relief.

Eh?, i stood up.

" it's about time you fall for someone " uncle James said.

Uh. . . .?

" you've changed N/n " dad said.

" what!? " i asked.

" for 10 years you've never said anything like this before " dad said.

" so your not mad? " i asked.

" about loving Travis?, of course not, finally you've grown up completely " he said.

" I'm twenty two, aren't i already a grown up? " i asked.

" not the question " uncle James said.

" i think i need another therapist " i said and they ignored.

They both hug me and i just stand there awkwardly.

Do i really love Travis?
