I walk out to the waiting room. The guys are there.

When they see me they perk up and ask. "How are the girls?"

"They are fine now. Some kind of miracle happend they remember alot"

They look relieved.

"That's good!"
They all say.

"Yeah guys. You can go see them if you want.

"Kelly, come here. I need to talk to you"
Boden says.

"Yeah chief what's going on?"
I answer.

We are off to the side,so it's just us.

"When do you think they will return to work?"

"Um the nurse said maybe tomorrow or the next day"

"Ok. Thanks Kelly. Thank god they are ok"

"Yeah. We're lucky"

"Yeah. We can't loose another one."

"What do you mean?"

"Well darden and um.." he pauses.

"And what cheif?"

"I just got a call,jones is dead, they found her body."

It feels like a rock hit the bottom of my stomach. I replay in my mind her in the academy. I knew she liked me,but it was innocent. I was too hard On her. I know it.

"What?!"
I say deeply.

"They have ruled it was a suicide"

"How do they know that?"

"They found a note and.." he trails off again.

I'm tearing up now.

"Chief what else?"

"They found the..the pills in her hand"
He sounds broken,choking.

"Oh my god.." I put my hand over my face and let it fall".

"Kelly I don't want you to think this is your fault ok. We will all get through this together like we always do."

"Yeah chief. I know"

"Ok. Let me know if you need anything"

I walk away and I leave the hospital. I can't handle anymore than this. I just can't.

I'm on duty. So I shoot Casey a text.

To: Matt Casey

"Need air. Tell boden. Will be back soon."

He replies. "Ok.take as long as u need."

I turn off my phone. My car is in the parking lot because I've been visiting shay.

I get in and blast my radio.

I drive away. The farther the better.
I just cant. The baby,shay and dawson,and now jones.

I drive to the river and sit there. Just thinking. I lay down and accidentally fall asleep.

I wake up and it's 5:02 by the time I turn my phone on. I left at 3:30.

I have a missed call from Casey and boden. I have over 10 text messages from everybody.

Casey: hey Kelly it's been a while u alright?

Boden: Kelly call me.

Hermann: Kelly r u ok?

Cruz: call us.

There were many more.

I call Casey he doesn't answer. So I call Boden.

"Kelly what the hell are you ok it's been like 2 hours?!"

"Yeah Chief ,I'm fine I fell asleep sorry. I'm on my way back to the ER."

"We're not there anymore. Did you hear?"

He sounds weird. Different.

"No. Chief is everything ok?"

"....No Kelly....it's Dawson..she um she didn't..make it" he barely gets out the words.

"Dammit" say frustratedly and kinda loud I kick my tire.

"The service will be tonight" he says. then I hang up.

I get in my car. I know where I have to go.

Sorry,its kinda short and sorry if you liked Dawson just plz don't hate me if you did. I'll update tomorow:).
