Next morning:
While everyone was leaving for the office after having their breakfast, Kartik went to Kitchen asking about Naira's condition as after waking up they hadn't get time for talking alone.

Entering the kitchen:
Kartik: Naira, How's u now?
Naira looked at him being wondered as she was unable to figure it out about him being concerned.
Kartik: I mean, how's your pain? Is it still the same or....
She interrupted.

Naira(eyeing on the slab): It's better...It's better than before.
Sensing her awkwardness, Kartik himself didn't ask further more.
Kartik: Okay bye, take care.

And he left taking his labtop and the necessary files.

At night:
KAIRA Room:
While Everybody were preparing for getting off to bed, Naira was looking at him with an expressionless face. At the same time, Kartik was buzy in doing some of his office work so he couldn't get any idea about Naira being looking for him something to communicate.

Slowly and gradually the time passes, Kartik and Naira came to bed to lie over. While both were laid trying to sleep, Naira suddenly spoke "Kartik, I need to talk to u about something?"

Turning to her, he asked "What happened?"

"Kartik, main soch rahi thi ki kyun na main phir se office join karun?" She asked increasing her heart beats as she wasn't aware of his reaction.

"Haan toh kya problem hai. Tum join karna chahti ho toh tum karo. Isme tumhe mujhse permission lene ki jarurt nahi hai. After all its your career and you have full right to think about it." He said casually making her happy.

And she got happy to the fullest as she wasn't expecting this reaction from him.

Naira: Actually, ghar pe reh-reh kar main kafi bore ho jaati hun. Ghar k saare kaam khatm karne k baad mujhe kuch samajh hi nahi aata ki main kya karun. That's why I thought of rejoining.
Kartik: Haan to thik hai na, isme kuch galat thodi hai. Jab tum shaadi k pehle kaam kiya karti thi toh shaadi k baad kyun nahi? Shaadi k tag ko hume kabhi bhi restriction nahi samajhna chahiye. Main kal hi Papa se baat karta hun. Main to hamesha se hi papa k saath kaam karta aaya hun ab tumhe bhi Papa k saath kaam karne ka mauka milega....

She interrupted saying "Par Kartik, main hamari company mein kaam nahi karna chahti. Main jis company mein pehle karti thi, ussi mein continue karna chahti hun or might be some other organisations but not The Goenka Industries."

Kartik being wondered asked "Par kyun? I mean tumhe koi problem hai hamare saath kaam karne mein?"

"Nahi nahi It's not like that. It's just about my privacy. Main apni family k bich reh kar kaam nahi karna chahti. I want my own identity to be recognised. Kartik, I hope u won't mind but I am just being practical. Jab maine MBA complete kiya tha tab papa ne bhi apne saath kaam karne ka mujhe offer diya tha but uss time bhi maine unse yahi baat Kahi thi Jo aaj main tumse keh rahi hun." She said prioritizing her position.

Holding her hands in his he said "Bas, aur kuch kehne ki jarurt nahi hai. Mujhe acha laga that pehli baar tumne mujhse apne man ki baat share ki and mujhe isse koi problem nahi hai ki tum kahan kaam kar rahi ho as far as you are happy doing it."

"Lekin Kartik ghar pe sab kaise react karnge?" She asked being worried.

"Uski chinta tum mat karo. Main Papa se baat karunga." He said assuring her.

"Thank u Kartik, Thank u for supporting me. Thank u for understanding my point." She said hugging him.

Next Day:
While everyone was buzy having their breakfast. Kartik said "Papa aur infact aap sab ko mujhe kuch batana tha?"
