Cover/Description:
Your cover made me think of a Fanfiction book, nothing against that and while I think fans of BTS will definitely read it, I'm concerned if other readers won't as the cover doesn't necessarily stand out for me, but take it as a suggestion only because I also believe that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, the main reason for my observation is for the future readers that might miss out on your book.
You start your description well, the middle was a little bumpy for me,  and the way you end it had a nice ring to it, but if the middle was stronger it would have ended with a bigger impact.
From the description I would take that Andras is a powerful soldier of Satan, that has Seokjin captive and somehow this 17-year-old boy is the secret of Andras, in the middle part where you introduce Seokjin, I would definitely create more of a mystery to it, you definitely have room for more suspense, in that part of the description I think you could have used Seokjin reference to raise questions. Again take this as a suggestion, you have a good description but I think you can definitely make it more intriguing.

The beginning:
The thriller was an amazing detail to your book, was a very nice touch and you thought out of the box.
For the actual story, I thought you started on a very nice way, and I was completely taken by surprised by the concept of this book, I wasn't expecting that at all, I mentioned that on the description you didn't really gave much on what role Seokjin was actually playing and I wasn't really sure of what was his place on the storyline...well now it makes sense!

Detailing/Grammar:
Is always space for improvement in grammar and/or detailing, and although I think you already did an amazing job, you could develop the emotional side of both main characters, especially Andras.

Character Development/Plot:
As for character development, I think you did an amazing job with Seokjin, Andras just needs a little more work than Seokjin, although I think that writing on the 3rd person (not as easy to describe the personal side of each character) you have done a magnificent job already.
As for the plot, you still left a lot of room for mystery and I still question how much Seokjin will play in this storyline now that he assumed his feelings towards Andras, although something tells me that is Andras that is holding something back now.

My view as a reader:
For me was no flags at all to what I was about to read in this book, I still think that the cover needs to be changed, and more than ever I think the description needs to be worked on, those two things are not doing any justice to your work.
I don't usually do this but you need to add tags! Your book is underrated and is not reaching the right audience, you want my honest opinion? I think you should drop the BTS reference, and add love, cocky, kinky, sexual, LGBT and so on to your tags! Loose the awards tags too, it's not needed and your book won't be searched in the right places, I was questioning if this book was entered into awards on the right category... is a paranormal book, but I think is more a romance than anything else, although I think is a mix of genres and will always depend on which books your book is mixed with, right now I have books in paranormal that are vivid written, with awesome details, and your book isn't on the same level as detailing but your plot is one of the bests ones for me, if not the best, so I have lots of things to consider and is killing me that is a big possibility that because of where is placed right now in this competition, I can't make it into a winner.

I would rate this book 4.5/5

Note: I saw your a/n regards needing motivation, and I can relate to that, I have unpublished so many times for feeling not as motivated to write or having my own doubts, but here's the thing, you can write! You made me blush and smile and while I was reading I was cheering for Andras like I was a freaking cheerleader, I couldn't put your book down! Is addictive and indulgent! I want you to write, no matter if you feel that you aren't getting the reads you think you need! If you need help please reach out to us, and keep writing!
Oh and please please please update!!

All the best :)
