I groaned as I woke up by the sunlight shining into the room, warming up the bed sheets in a nice way.

I felt an arm around my waist, pulling me even closer to the body of the boy behind me.

He mumbled a few words, still clearly asleep, when I turned around in his arms.

I couldn't help but smile by the sight of the boy, his hair sticking up in random places more than ever.

And as much as I loved the comfort of his arm around me, the peace of his regular breathing and the feeling of his consistent heart beat I still needed to wake him up.

"Michael?" I called out and gently shook his shoulder.

"Go back to sleep, darlin'", he mumbled with a husky voice and burried his head in the pillow, sighing.

"Why are you even here?" I chuckled when he wrapped his arm around me again, finally looking up and locking eyes with me, figuring out that he wouldn't get any more sleep.

"Because", he cleared his throat, "I woke up in the middle of the night 'cause I needed to go to the toilet and on the way back I heard sobs coming from your room. You were crying in your sleep, mumbling random words and moving around, I couldn't get you to wake up though. You calmed down when I hugged you and then you wouldn't let go of me. So I just stayed, I was pretty sure that you'd sleep better if I stay anyway."

He yawned and I couldn't help but smile. This was cute, that he did this was lovely.

"I cried?"

"Yeah."

"I didn't know I cry in my sleep."

"Probably because you are asleep when you do it."

"Probably."

"Breakfast?"

"Sure, you guys have anything here?"

"I don't know, I think Calum and Luke went to buy some stuff yesterday."

"I'll see what's there, I'll make pancakes if possible."

"You are the best." He smiled at me and moved his hand from my waist so that I was able to stand up without the pressure of his weight on me.

"Cute pyjamas."

I looked down at my Snoopy pyjamas and chuckled. "Shut up, idiot."

I threw on a random Green Day hoodie which was placed on the floor and walked to the door.

"Hey, that's mine." I heard the still raspy voice behind me and turned around.

"Do I look like I care?" and with these words I left the room.

I went straight to the kitchen where I saw Ashton already awake sitting on a chair, his eyes on his phone.

"Morning, Ley."

"Morning, Ash."

Ashton and I kind of bonded yesterday, we talked a lot and got pretty close.

He looked up from his phone, smiling at me, then he frowned.

"You are wearing Michael's hoodie."

"I know, he complained about it when I put it on."

"Why are you wearing Michael's hoodie?"

"It was lying around."

I got some things out of the fridge and cabinets, feeling Ashton's piercing gaze on me.

"Where?"

"On the floor, in my room."

"Why are Michael's clothes on the floor in your room?"
