Daphne Arc

Shadow and I are outside at a merchant store, looking at the beautiful hats we could wear for the warm weather. Though we both know, that's not what we are actually looking at. Awaiting for Natsu and Wendy to show up, I hear Natsu yell my name. I glance at them as I waved.

They tell me all the details about the dragon as I freaked out. I follow them suit to the place where the person may be hiding. After the trivial traps an unusual decor we finally made it to meet Daphne. She tries to offer us Metamo-chan which I personally didn't think looked appetizing.

After quite a while of advertising, Natsu attempts to escape but Gray attacks him back inside. Wendy and Natsu both look at Gray as he stood next to Daphne. I smirk as well as I took my place next to her too. She slings both arms on our shoulders, knowing that we have pranked both of them. Happy and Carla look towards Shadow, but he averts his eyes.

I let Gray and Natsu have their own battle as I knew they had their own feud to settle. I stay behind with Daphne as we both explained the plan to Wendy. She doesn't want to believe that Gray and I have become traitors, but I chuckle and tell her to believe whatever she believes in. Once Gray is seemed to be unconscious on the ground, I wrap my arms around Natsu and encase his wrists in air binds. I case his feet just in time as Daphne waltz in to drop Natsu in a fuzzy hole.

I help Gray up as we both walked to our boss. I asked about his injuries, he said it's nothing he couldn't handle. By the time the Dragonoid is in shape, Gray and I take our places on the dragon as Shadow flies in the sky. Erza asks if we have betrayed them and Gray answers for us that we would do nothing of that sort. We jump to our separate boulder tower as I looked down at Erza and Lucy with a smirk.

Gray and I exchange some words as I crossed my arms, watching the rest of them enjoy the fun at the ground. Shadow sits on my head, enjoying the scene of the exceeds too.

Before Gray and I could have our own fun Elfman goes ahead and knocks Gray unconscious as I watch Erza's sword attack me as I let the darkness fill me.

Gray and I sit next to each other on the bench as we shadowed our eyes. Shadow sits on the other side of the table, knowing now isn't the time to spill any details. I grit my teeth as Cana heard my noises, she pushes on my shoulders to tell them what's going on. Gray's arm sticks out as he tells Cana if he wants to blame anyone, blame him. I don't move my gaze as everyone begins pointing fingers at him, knowing if I fought, it'll just worsen the situation.

I stand up as I shut everyone up. I asked for Bisca and Alzack to bring us to Gramps as they do so. Shadow, Gray and I sit in a room alone with Master as he demands for reasons. I bit my tongue back as Gray said he'll take full responsibility. Gramps demands once again as I spoke that Natsu is the only one who can defeat the dragonoid.

We explain to him the details as Gray and I would follow Natsu when he went on missions to find Igneel, though on my part I wasn't as obsessed and I knew such silly things couldn't be true. Gramps accepts our explanation as Gray exploded that Natsu could defeat anyone. I look up at him as I smiled. I stood up and held his shoulder. I asked sternly for Gramps to let us go and he does so with a plan in mind.

Gray and I join up with the guild and tell them the details. After we share our part, Gray pulls on my hand that he has an idea. On the top of the guild, Gray says that we should do a Unison Raid. I smile and nod as I grab a hold of his waist as he held my shoulder. We concentrate all our magic into one point, his ice lance and my air manipulation magic, we cast a spell large enough to hit all the dragons in Magnolia. With his ice lance and my magic to manipulate the air resistance, I quickened the speed of every spike hitting the ground, knowing getting hit by one would be like a stab of a sword.
