Gray and I made our way to an abandon village to go train.

He would sometimes be in charge of fire but I always try using my hot magic since. He was so stubborn.

We would sometimes fight in our ultimate forms. His Ice Devil Slayer form and my Dragon Force. We would go all out by accident and don't realize we end up destroying half the village. Shadow scolded us.

I tried cooking for him every morning as he collected wood. When he comes home I tell him how much I felt like we were a married couple. He blushes as he leaves to get more wood. Shadow tells me not to throw those words so lightly as I sighed and rubbed my head.

There was a hot springs nearby too, it was a nice place to go after training so hard.

I remember he tried sleeping on a tree branch, it didn't work out so well. He couldn't sleep.

I would read a book on the couch as Gray would always sleep on my lap. One time, he was awake and touched the necklace I gave him. I see the new pictures showing everywhere as I giggled. I liked the one where I pushed him into the lake near us "by accident"

One night I couldn't really sleep, I jumped out of my tree branch and entered our little house. I found Gray there sleeping in a master bed. He looked really lonely.

I decided to lay down on the bed, even though I wasn't planning on sleeping. I stared at Gray's features. I smiled and stuffed my face into his chest, gathering his warmth. I loved him so much.

He wakes up slowly and shuffles. He looks down to see me in his arms as he shook his head. It was real. He smiles down at me as he kissed my cheek.

"This bed isn't so bad to sleep in." I whispered.

"You should sleep here then." Gray responds with his husky voice.

"Why is that?" I grinned.

"So I won't have to sleep by myself anymore. I do appreciate your company before I fall asleep and when I wake up." He smiles gently.

I blush a little. Such a cheesecake. "Hey Gray."

"Yeah?"

"I love you."

Gray's cheeks flush as he sees my genuine smile. He meets eye to eye with me and cups my cheek in his hand. "I love you more than you could ever imagine. Just-"

He trails off as his eyes started to shut slowly. "Sleep here, so I can wake up to see you first thing every morning." I hum into his chest.

More moments as we travelled out into the forests. Shadow decided to look after the village and wanted us to have some time for us. I told him I'll find something for him.

We tried to be more civil and not use our magic. Climbing trees to the top to see the entire view of everything. Hiking to cliffs to take in the view with our village. Jumping out of waterfalls. It was serenity. Long kisses near the beauty of nature was such a turn on. I eventually found a mango tree and picked as many as I could. I made Gray hold most of it as he complained the way back.

Melo happen to stumble upon our village, what a coincidence.

We spend the whole day together as we trained. I saw his magic for the first time, Earth dragon slayer magic. Able to manipulate nature at will. Sky against Earth huh?

We fight, but I won the match. Gray congratulates me as Tame told me I went a bit overboard. I see that a lot of trees of gone missing as I sweat dropped.

We talked the whole at the table. I thought Gray was sleeping on the couch as I talked to Melo about him overhearing conversations from Crime Sorciere. He wakes up and sits next to me. He reminds me that there's been something up and it's been getting the guild on their toes. Gray and I glanced at each other, but he didn't have any other details. But it seemed to be a big deal.
