"I'll come back for you. I promise"

You were running being hit by tree branches and almost tripping over roots.

10 minutes earlier.

Jacob held your face with worry and love in his eyes.

Jacob: I need you to run.

You look at him and you immediately said no.

Jacob: I need you safe.

Y/N:Jacob. I can protect my self. And I'll be with Lucy.

Jacob sighed.

Jacob:don't leave my sight.

You nodded your head. You ran over to Lucy. You all sped walked to find a car.

Once you found a car. Jacob got in the drivers seat. Lucy in the passengers. You got in the back.

Jacob drove in Reverse.

He drove out of the closest exit.
You see a gate at the exit.
Instead of a stopping Jacob drove through the gate breaking it open.

You looked out the back of the car. You see someone standing there. They put their hand in the cars direction.

Then you felt the car jerk forward. Next thing you knew you were out of your seat and flying towards the windshield.
You saw Jacob look at you in that split second. You felt your head hit the glass followed by your body. You tumbled over the front of the car onto the concrete.

You laid there in pain.

"Why am I always the one who gets hurt" you thought to yourself. You laughed in your mind even though no one would laugh in this point of time.

You hear the car door swing open and feet dragging over to you.

You opened your eyes that were closed.

Jacob: oh my- y/n! 

Y/N: I'm fine . *you choked out*

Jacob looked at you with disbelief. Mostly because he knew you were fine. You just flew out of the wind shield.

Jacob: no your not..

Y/N: wh-ere is Lucy? *you felt your throat tighten*

Jacob looked at the car behind him.
He furrowed his eye brows.

You saw the confusion on his face.

Y/N:wh-a-t?

Jacob stood up to get a view of the passengers side better.

He turned around to look down the road you guys were driving down.

Jacob looked down at you.

Jacob:she's gone?

You felt your throat clog up. You taste a metallic taste in your mouth.

You start coughing.

Jacob bent down to his knees and grabbed your head holding it to his head.

You pull your hand up and hold it over your stomach.
Jacob watched as you did.

You closed your eyes and chanted a sentence.

You feel all the pain go away and the wounds close.

You slowly look at Jacob.

You pull away from his grip and stand up while groaning.

You look down the road and look at the house.

You walk in the houses direction. You feel something wrap around your arm pulling you back. You snap your head in that direction.

Y/N: what are you doing!?

Jacob: your gonna get hurt!

Y/N: I killed her once before. I can do it again. This time...she'll stay dead.

Jacob: stop! Please. I can't lose you. *he said softly*

You turned your body towards him.

Y/N: I'll be fine. I won't leave you. I told you. Always and forever. *you caress his cheek*

Jacob smiled slightly with worry in his eyes. 

Jacob: I'll come with you.

Y/N: no. no. I can't risk you getting hurt or worse...killed.

He looked down at his feet.

Y/N: I have to go save them. I'll come back...I promise.

Jacob shook his head. You see his eyes become glassy.

You hold his face.

Y/N: i promise.

Jacob looked you in the eyes and looked at you for what seemed like forever.

Jacob: I love you. Always and forever.

He kissed you.

You pulled away and stand on your tippy toes and laid your forehead on his.

Y/N: I love you.

You pulled yourself away from him and walked towards the house.

You looked back and looked at him watching you walk away.

You turn around and stand there looking at him.

You whisper something to him so only he can hear.
