Your stared at Joey with a blank stare. So many things running through your mind.

Y/N: no.

Joey slowly looked down at his feet.

Joey: I'm not lying to you. People talk on the other side y/n.

Y/N: so..how do they know Jacob is next?

Joey: it's complicated

Y/N: everything is nowadays.

Joey: I'm sorry

You stood still for a couple more seconds before hearing someone call your name. You look at joey as you hear the voice call you name.

"Y/n?"

Y/N: I'm downstairs!

You yell.

You hear the footsteps get louder.

Joey: just don't do anything stupid..ok?

Y/N: wait, Joey.

"Joey?"

You snap your head to look behind you.
Your eyebrows raise.

Y/N: Jacob.

Jacob: why did you say Joey?

Y/N: Jacob..I wasn't lying.

Jacob: about what?

Y/N: Joey is here. Look..see-

You turned around to show him Joey. You huffed seeing that Joey wasn't there anymore.

Y/N: really Joey *you whispered to yourself*

Jacob: y/n? Joey's gone. He's not coming back.

Y/N: but- you don't understand-

Jacob raised his hands signally you to stop talking. He walked up to you and wrapped his arms around your waist while he rested his head on your head.

Jacob: I miss him to, love.

Y/N: Jacob, i was just talking to him. I'm not lying. He's here.

Jacob lifted his chin off your head and looked down at you. He slightly grinned but you know he was emotionally hurt.

Jacob: I know, love.

Y/N: then why-

Jacob: it too much. He's my brother and he's gone.

You nodded understanding him and how he felt.

You hugged him and as you laid you head on his chest.

Y/N: if you would let me bring him back.

Jacob sighed.

Jacob: it's dangerous.

You slightly nodded against his chest feeling more relaxed in his embrace.

Jacob: now, lets go upstairs. We can go look at baby stuff.

Y/N: ok.
