Lorna sat in Malakai's room rocking him in the rocking chair as he cried relentlessly. Sebastian walked in and over to her. "Here. Let me have him. You go rest." She frowned looking at him. "No. It's alright. I've got it. He's just refusing to sleep." Sebastian bent down over her taking their child out of her arms. "No. You go rest. You haven't had a break in weeks. I'm not letting you push me away any longer. Now go." She sighed giving in and leaving the room. She bumped into Myron in the hall and fell in the process. His eyes widened a bit and he grabbed her arm pulling her to him. "Lorna! What's wro-" He sighed as she was asleep. He picked her up into his arms carrying her into her room.

Lorna woke in Sebastian's hold and sighed. "What are we doing today?" He smiled down at her running his fingers through her hair. "Your brother is hosting a party this evening." She nodded getting up. "Alright." He sat up watching her get dressed. "Where are you going?" She headed to the door and grabbed the handle before answering him. "To take care of Malakai." He frowned and shot out of bed racing over to her. She had just opened the door when it was slammed shut in front of her. She turned angrily towards Sebastian who trapped her against the door. "What are you doing?!" He smirked down at her. "There's no need for that. He is fine I can assure you. Myron is looking after him." Her glare softened a bit. "Still. He shouldn't be looking after my child." Sebastian sighed and leaned more against her. "You really must relax more my dear. You are exhausting yourself. You do too much. You can't balance a child and everything else. Not like the way you are anyway." She huffed looking away. "I'm doing just fine." He leaned down nibbling on her neck. "Are you now? I would say you look pretty frail if you ask me. It's very simple to make you collapse." She hummed and he slid his hands to her hips. He lifted one of her thighs and her legs let out. He wrapped his other arm around her waist quickly catching her so she wouldn't reach the floor. She held onto his shoulders glaring at him. "You bloody bastard. What was that for!?" He chuckled letting her leg go and picked her up into his arms carrying her back to bed. "Why to show you of course. You shall stay here tonight. I must go prepare for guests and help your brother." She nodded. "Yes. Go, bring me my child." He sighed and gave her a kiss on her forehead. "I shall have Myron come aid you." She pouted. "Fine." Sebastian left the room and it didn't take long for Myron to walk in with a sleeping Malakai. She smiled softly holding her arms out for her child. Myron handed Malakai to her and sat on the edge of the bed. She smiled softly down at her child before looking up at Myron. "Thank you Myron. Though, shouldn't you be helping my brother with the guests?" He pat her head. "No, I'm your butler remember? I'm supposed to be here with you." She sighed looking down at Malakai and placing her hand on his head. "He's such a sweat heart. I won't ever let anything happen to him." Myron wrapped an arm around her shoulders. "As I won't let anything happen to you." The two sat there for a bit until the child woke up crying. Myron got up walking to the door. "I'm going to go help your brother while you tend to him." She nodded as she began undoing her dress. She smiled softly down at Malakai as he fed. "You will grow big and strong. Just like your father." Her head snapped up at the sound of a scream. She looked down at Malakai before looking at the door and holding her hand out to it causing it to lock. She sighed in relief looking down at Malakai with a smile. "Mamma won't let anything happen to you. No she won't." She looked up as her doors handle moved. She sighed in annoyance. "Give me a minute." She reached for the blanket and pulled it over her and Malakai. "Go ahead Sebastian. I already know you'll bread the dam door." Just as she said, the door was kicked down since she couldn't get up. A large group walked into the room and Lorna scowled at them. "What is going on?" "I'm terribly sorry my dear but there was a murder in another room." Her eyes widened a bit. "A what?" She looked around among the group. "Is Ciel alright?!" Ciel walked forward with a sigh. "Yes I'm quite fine." She gave a breath of relief and a man stepped forward pointing at her. "What are you hiding under there woman?" She glared at the man. "I am feeding my child at the moment. Excuse you sir. Sebastian, Myron. Will you two escort everyone out so I may dress." The two nodded ushering everyone out of the room. Sebastian walked back in once everyone was out and helped her do up her dress. He picked her up off the bed with her child still in her arms. She smiled at the guests in the hall. "Forgive my rudeness. I'm afraid you caught me at a bad time." Ciel shook his head at his sister. "Lorna. Why aren't you on your own feet?" She laughed awkwardly. "I'm afraid your sister has tired herself with the care of her son young master. She has refused anyone's help for the past few weeks and is now paying with exhaustion." She sighed as Sebastian answered for her. Ciel smacked his hand on his face in annoyance. "We'll talk later Lorna. Anyway. As you can see. She is innocent." Lorna frowned. "I don't understand. What is going on?" Myron crossed his arms over his chest. "One of the guests were murdered." Lorna nodded. "I see. Well then. I suggest we all lock our doors at night." Everyone nodded but looked at Ciel. "It would seem as though your brother is the main suspect." She hummed in thought. "So it would seem. Well, I shall see you all tomorrow then." They watched Sebastian carry her down the hall not knowing where they were going. "I'm terribly sorry my dear. I'm afraid you'll be resting in my chambers tonight. It isn't too spacious but it is somewhere to rest until I fix your door." She rested her head against his chest. "It's fine. Thank you Sebastian." He leaned his head down kissing the top of her head. "No matter what happens, just remember that you will have me by your side always." She nodded closing her eyes. He opened his door and placed her on his bed. He took Malakai gently from her and moved him to a small bed he created near his dresser. "You shouldn't have to move far should you need to get to him." She nodded. "Thank you Sebastian. I love you. Always." He gave her a soft smile. "I love you too. Always." He leaned down giving her a peck before leaving.
