2013-2014
The little girl is beginning her second year at the school.
She sits in her new classroom, in a new seat, in a new hallway.
She watches as some familiar students file in and take their seats while different ones pile in as well.
She watches as they find seats away from her, not one of them coming to sit by her.
They didn't dare sit next to her, no one did.
She just sat there praying for someone she knew well to save her from this embarrassment.
And that person finally did.
Her guardian angel arrived and sat next to her, saving her.
And bringing a tint of pink to the little girl's face.
