My stomach formed into knots, exactly how it did when I saw him with her. They hurt, it was almost hard to breath, so I unconsciously grabbed my stomach and started taking deep breaths "Did you hear what they were talking about?" My mom asked and I nodded "She kept pestering him and it was so annoying! And then-!" I remembered when he said

My heart started beating so fast that i felt out of breath, but it wasn't like the knots in my stomach, i felt happy. I smiled and my face felt hot. I stuffed my face in my pillow and yelled "UGHHH!" My mom was surprised "What is it? What did i miss!?" I shook my head "No let's just stop here for today" she sighed "Yeah I guess, oh that's right coffee! You want some?" I shook my head once again "No I'm good, you know I hate coffee" my mom sighed "You'll need it when you enter college I promise" i rolled my eyes and she left "Oh and before I leave, your phone has been going off for some time now" I turned around to my phone so fast and grabbed it, it was Nixon spamming me "Oh! Uhm! Mom!" I got up and pushed her out of my room and closed my door

"Oh!... hehe" she laughed and smiled "I really am happy for you Nyx" she walked down the stairs following the smell of sweet coffee

He read my message immediately "Woah" this whole texting thing was new to me, but it was nice. He didn't answer immediately, which confused me so i sat there for a second not knowing if i should text him again "..." then suddenly my phone vibrated "Wah!" Nixon called me "Wait i-!" i didn't know if i should answer him or not, i felt so nervous. My finger slipped and the call was answered "I HATE MYSELF!!" i screamed mentally to myself "Nyx you finally answered me" Ba-dum hearing his voice made my heart feel weird "Uh-" that's all i managed to get out "Nyx?? You're there right?" i answered "Y-yeah just a bit tired, yesterday really was a lot" i chuckled. I felt so nervous, why? I've talked to him on the phone before "But it was fun right??" i nodded like if he was there to reassure him "Of course it was! It was the most fun I ever had in my life..." I looked over at the bracelet on my bedside table, smiling "M-me too... I hope we can do it again sometime" thinking about that possibility made me happy.
