TRANSLATION:

"Out of the Great Sea to Middle-earth I am come. In this place will I abide, and my heirs, unto the ending of the world."

I was curious and wanted to know how this sentence was put together in Elvish. So I grabbed my Elvish dictionary (Parf Edhellen - www.elfdict.com) and looked up every word. It was actually really interesting! Here's what I found ... I hope this is right...

{ëar is 'sea', Eär is 'the Great Sea', Eärello is 'from the Great Sea', et Eärello is 'out of the Great Sea'}

Endorenna - to Middle-earth

Utúlien - I am come
{tul- is 'come', and utúlien is 'I am come'}

Sinome - (sinomë) this place (compound noun)/in this place (adverb)
{nómë is 'place'}

Maruvan - will I abide
{mar- is 'abide'}

Ar - and

Hildinyar - my heirs
{-nya is 'my', hildi is 'followers' (becomes 'heirs' when used as 'hildinyar')}

Tenn' - unto
{tenna is 'until' or 'unto'}

Ambar-metta - world-end, ending of the world
{ambar is 'Earth' or 'world', and metta is 'end'}
