SO EXCITED

Okay, so two days ago I was at dance and my friends and I were talking about movies. I said that I love Lord of the Rings (I've said it a million times before though), and my friends were like "We knoooowww Hannah!".

And so then one of my friends starts making jokes about Lord of the Rings. She was, of course, only joking. 😄

Her: Lord of the Rings is for old people! *laugh, laugh, laugh*

Me: Have you even watched it?

Her: Uhhhm ... maybe...

Me: *raises eyebrow*

Her: But you know me, Hannah. I always judge a book or movie by its cover.

Me: Believe me, anonymous friend, I know you very well.

Although I didn't say 'anonymous friend', I used her real name. 😊 So today I wore my Evenstar to dance and showed it to her.

Me: I wore this just for you! *shows necklace*

Her: What is that?

Me: *plunges into deep detail*

Her: *falling asleep*

Me: *finishes*

Her: You're so weird, Hannah.

Me: And proud of it.

And then we both laughed. 😂

So then ten minutes ago (this is where it gets exciting) she texted me.

Her: Hey Hannah!

Me: Yeah?

Her: I was wondering if your free anytime, would you like to have a sleepover and we can watch Lord of the Rings? Xx

And at this point I didn't even care if she used the wrong your/you're. I was too gobsmacked. 😵😵😵

Me: What the ... you're kidding me?! Yeah, you're kidding me.

Her: No, I'm not, I'm being dead serious!

By now I was bouncing off the walls with excitement! 😜

Me: Why the change of mind? 😀

Her: I feel like I should try it before I can judge.

Me: Anonymous friend, you fabulous orc.

OH. MY. GOSH. I have the opportunity to turn her into a Ringer!!!!! *dies*

I'M SO EXCITED!!!!! I really hope she likes Lord of the Rings. She is amazing for being willing to give it a go. 😍😍😍 Some of my friends would rather die than watch it!
