This is a half and half quirk, one half of your body is able to emit gas, the other half emits sparks to light the gas on fire.
The gas is of any colour you like, I prefer a dirty white personally.
It's not really a precise quirk so you need to be careful not to harm your allies or yourself. Nope, you're not immune to explosions.
If you light the gas on fire it explodes, depending on how much gas there is how big the explosion is.
Strengths:
You can quickly wipe out a large area of enemies
Weaknesses:
You're not immune to your own explosions
If someone has a way to move air (like a fan or something) they can move the gas away easily
Like noted earlier this is everything but precise so excellent communication with your allies is required if you don't want them to get hurt.
Drawbacks:
If lighted on fire too close to you it can create severe burns.
Sometimes if you're not careful just the simple act of rubbing your hands together creates a mini explosion in your hands which hurts obviously
