Idk if you believe in the paranormal or something, but let's just say for the sake of this quirk you become a ghost after you die.
With this quirk, you live an entirely quirkless life, until you die. When you die, your ghost/spirit/whatever is visible to the living. You can even interact with them
You are a bridge between worlds, the ghosts of other people can see you and you can see them, you can interact yada yada yada.. But like I explained above you can also talk to the living. So a bridge between worlds.
You cannot touch anything though as you are not fully in their world, but possession is possible. You can also possess a living being but the more intelligent it is the harder it'll be to possess since it'll resist, humans are the hardest and like a fly or something is the easiest.
No wait, a plant is even easier, maybe a jellyfish too since it doesn't have a brain... Anyway
This would make an interesting quirk in my opinion if applied to someone who dies in an unnatural way, like a traffic accident or something.
Strengths:
You can still talk to the people who lost you, they just can't touch you anymore that's all.
Get a ghost army to haunt someone you don't like
In fighting I honestly have no idea what you would be able to do, maybe possess a sword or something and fight that way
Weaknesses:
You cannot pick up any weapons (unless possession)
I honestly don't really know anything else
Drawbacks:
You have to die first before even being able to use it
