Ever played Portal? Me neither. But I still based it off of that, if you don't mind.
(Jokes on you, younger me, I now love Portal to death)
Your right finger can shoot a blue portal, your left an orange one. The two are in contact with each other, no matter how far away.
There cannot be 2 of the same colour portal so by shooting twice you're just moving it.
You can destroy portals by will.
Also you can for example place one portal at your house and then travel to another country, place the second portal there and you can just visit home.
Strengths:
Easy escaping
Can work for attack if you do it right
Easy to escape out of regular prisons
Weaknesses:
Those portals are easily noticable
If someone gets stuck in between portals and you remove the portals there are suddenly two parts of that person, most likely both not alive. Can be used as an attack though.
The cake is a lie
Drawbacks:
Pain in fingers and arm from overuse.
