Enough of me saying uninteresting things, here is the (in my opinion not that good) quirk:

Strength:
Weak, in certain situations medium
Usage:
Well... See through things of course
You can see through everything at will, with some exceptions.
Bones will always be visible, and the more dense the material the harder it is to see through.
Like diamond? Almost impossible. But just simple rocks or wood? Piece of cake.
You can determine for yourself what you want to see, so yes if you're a perv you cAN only choose to see through cotton and wool and stuff. (pls don't)
You will get tired after a while of using this, and can get massive eye strains.
Maybe like an added bonus you can add dry-eye as another drawback? Though perhaps a little unoriginal
You can use the quirk in combat for surprise attacks and spy missions.
You know how Mei has a crosshair-shaped irises? Maybe something similar here
Strengths:
Spy- or sneaky missions
Hiding, you'll know where the enemies are and have a better chance avoiding them
Weaknesses:
Not really qualified as a combat quirk. Maybe work as a doctor? So you don't need to use X-ray machines
Drawbacks:
It's a big strain on your eyes if overused
And it requires concentration, thus can make you tired after using.
