Through your eyes everything is like a game. You see health bars, levels, item names.. all that stuff.
You have an inventory to keep your items so they don't get in the way, for others this looks like you have some sort of endless pocket.
That does get heavier the more items you put in though.
You can also create parties, making it able for you to share your quirk in some ways.
The one you're partied with will also see health bars and levels like you do, heals like you do and also has an endless pocket. All items in there will drop on the ground once party is over. You also have a tracking system for your party members.
That is particularly helpful with someone with a hacking quirk so they can party up with you and hack the game.
You can heal yourself by eating food and sleeping.
No, you cannot respawn.

Strategize battles easier due to health bars and levels
Easy to learn skills by picking up a skill book and using it
Weaknesses:
Well you get slower when carrying a lot
Also someone with a hacking quirk can hack your game
