chapter 12: 'the BAU team to the rescue'

Everyone raced in there cars all was on there minds was Emily! They were all driving down east 22nd looking for a vehicle that was Emily's. They all came to a stop when they saw Emily's car on it's roof. "Emily!" Jj screamed.

No one answered. They all ran down the muddy ditch and looked in the smashed, squashed windows of her car and in the front seat they saw an outcold prentiss. "She's here!" Hotch said with a sad look on his face.

They all ran at the speed of light to where Hotch was. "Someone call 911" hotch demanded.

" already done" Reid said.

" we got to get her out of there" jj said. "No we can't move her, she may be hurt" Derek said.

But JJ already knew that she just wanted her friend to be okay. {1 hour later}

The ambulance finally arrived and Emily was taken straight to the hospital she still Hadn't woken up yet. But as they reached the hospital she did. Everyone else went to the hospital and sat in the waiting room to see how emily is.

{2 hours later}

Morgans leg was shaking, Hotch was still staring at the same wall he had been staring at for 2 hours, JJ staring at the floor with tears in her eyes, Rossi was sitting there picking his nails and Garcia and Reid were standing up looking like they will both break down in tears.

"Emily Prentiss?" The doctor said as he walked in the room. Everyone stood up and looked at him with hope.

"Yes" Rossi spoke for everyone.

" she suffered a lot of blood loss and a concussion. She also has a broken leg and will need looking after for a couple of weeks" the doctor informed and walked away.

They all walked in and saw Emily sitting there she looked broken, in pain. They all had sad looks on their faces but when she turnt around they smiled.

"Hey" Emily said in a soft delicate voice.

"How are you?" Rossi asked.

"Alive. But I'm fine." Emily replied.

"It's so good to see you" Hotch said with a massive smile on his face, which was unusual because he never smiles. It gave everyone a sense that something was going on with them two.

"Can one of you get me a water please?" Emily asked. "Yeah I will go. Anyone else want a drink?" Derek said as they all put there hands up.

"I will come and help" hotch and Rossi said simultaneously.

"I'm coming to" Reid said probably  because he didn't want to be dragged in the girl conversation.

It was just Garcia and Jj left with Emily.

"Em is something up?" Garcia asked in a concerned tone.

Emily wanted to say 'yes' but she couldn't not with the consequences.

"No why?" Emily lied.

"It was a weird phone call em, then the next thing you know your in an accident. I'm worried about you" JJ spoke up.

" I really wasn't feeling I just wanted to rest when I called you. And I needed more meds that's why I went out but my vision went all blurry and the road it just went all messed up and I crashed" Emily lied.

This time you could see the lie hurt Emily. She hated lying to the people that she loved, but if she told them their life's would be at risk. "How are you feeling now?" Garcia asked.

"Well the crash didn't help" Prentiss said. "I'm going to look after you. Until you are able to move about on your own" Garcia said in a tone like Emily didn't really have a choice.

"Okay" Emily giggled.

All the boys walked back in and they all started giggling making joking, talking like a family.
