"Is this a joke?," I asked Jennie as I couldn't help but laugh at how absurd the situation was.

Why would they invite me?

Hajoon eyed me curiously and asked, "Why are you laughing Eomma? It doesn't look funny to me."

I smiled and nuzzled his nose briefly then said, "I'll tell you when you're older."

I looked to my secretary, Jennie, and asked, "Is this actually real? I don't want you to rule out the possibility that this could be a prank."

"I'm afraid this is very real boss, Ms. Manoban handed it to me personally just a while ago," she explained and I gritted my teeth and said, "The nerve of that woman, her decisions are paradoxical, first she wants me to stay away from Jungkook and now she wants me to be at their wedding?!"

"Who's Jungkook?," my son asked and I laughed ruefully then said, "Someone Eomma used to know."

I looked at Jennie again then said, "Cancel all my meetings for the rest of the day and call Eunwoo then tell him to come to my office as soon as possible."

She nodded and quickly left my office to do what I asked her. Hajoon looked at me and asked, "Eomma, is Jungkook a bad guy? He makes you look sad."

My son is so adorable god bless. But he's too young to know about Jungkook and I's past.

I ruffled his hair then said, "I'll tell you eventually, okay?"

"Hmmm....okey," he said, "But if I ever meet him I'll punch him in the face because he makes you sad."

I couldn't help but laugh as he balled up fists trying to look as fierce as possible.

I shook my head and teased him, "You look as menacing as a kitten."

He giggled then said, "At least I'm minawcing Eomma."

I laughed again then said, "We'll work on your pronunciation again when we have time, and then you're off to kindergarten!"

"But Eomma! I don't want to hang out with other kids, I want to hang out with you!," he pleaded, giving his best puppy dog eyes.

I merely laughed then said, "Well guess what, one day you won't even want to hang out with Eomma, you'll want to hang out with your friends because Eomma won't be cool for you anymore."

Hajoon gasped and said, "Never! Eomma will always be the coolest to me!"

He tentatively hugged me and I rested my chin on his forehead and said, "We'll see, we'll see."

Eventually, the both of us ended up playing bookworm on my laptop and we were getting so into it until I heard a knock on my door.

Naturally, I asked, "Who is it?"

Then the person answered, "It's me love."

I smiled and said, "Come in!"

The door opened revealing Eunwoo carrying some take out and I asked, "What you got in there?"
